I have applied in NOC - 1123 and my application receive date was 25-august.

When i submitted the application i did not have any arranged employment at that time. However, now there is a possibility that I can get employment letter from employer in Canada to show arranged employment.

Pls help me with queries:

1. Will arranged employment help now in speeding up the my application processing?

2. If yes, how do I inform the Canada officials processing the file now? I believe they have already reached July mid in terms of checking the completeness of files. Mine reached August end.

3. Please please let me know if arranging employment now will consider my previous application as null and void and that if it will be considered as a fresh application?

The only help an arranged employment will do for you is that, post arranged employment you will not be asked for Proof of Funds.

However, having said that, your application will follow the same guideline and timelines as defined by CIC.

Once you have arranged employment, I would suggest that you should inform the CIC about the changes in your condition and send them the update form.

Also how many days it took you to get a PCC from Delhi

I think if you have a PCC which is not older than few months, and will not be older than 12 months (for sure), then you should be fine using it. If they want a fresh PCC, they will ask you.

nobody can predict how CIC is working...how can they jump from 800 to 1000 in two days...so i think the person who gave you -1 may be applied late and expecting application to come under cap......

I am really not sure how cic works as i think they need to tell everyone before hand that the cap is filled don't send more applications...as our money is wasted...courier charges + consultancy fees(id anybody hired)....

In that case I wont get PCC on the same day.

Police verification will be done for PCC in case I get my passport in tatkal, which may take 3-4 weeks

Hi,

As per the info I got from my local PSK, if your passport is still valid and a Police enquiry was done before at the the time when it was issued first, No further enquiry will be made on just adding your wifes name. The passport number and validity will be changed though.
Besides, I also got the PCC from the SP office. Once we submit all the necessary docs at the SP office, they normally direct the same to the local police station for for further inquiry and report. Someone from the local police station will check and report back to the SP office that your are clean and a PCC is issued only after that. means, it will also takes some time

So I suggest that you check with them clearly and opt to the one which is faster.

good if you have got a PCC from Mohali (that would be all)

Delhi too around 10 days to provide me the same. Since you are in Nodia (UP), i feel it will take time.

Anyways you have one from Mohali, no need to worry then

My PER Received date is Sept 9th, May 20th Applicant....Please let me know when can I Expect MR Request. Its NDVO and ECAS has not updated. It has only first line updated.

I think it should be by end of this month or first week of Nov your second line will be updated.

Thanks Veenu. I did try this link. However, it does not help as I need to get info on the lateral entry case. The bachelors degree for my friend was a lateral entry and hence he has marksheets for 2 years only.

U will rcv PER email from CIC which is the first notification from CIC...Before this u cant track ur app....

Although if it is too delayed lets say feb of 2015 u have not rcvd any communication then u can email them....

For now, just wait and watch this forum....Currently upto 16th Jun applicants are getting PER......
