Sorry sister. My objection. They should not follow timeline - they should complete much ahead of timeline as other VOs are doing - why there will be lower standard set for them >:( >:(

For comparision, check "Avg Process Time" tab in the spreadsheet.

My guess is that, all visa offices are given a target for the number of accepted applications for each year, and they work around that target.

SGVO is probably given a very nominal target each year.

I may be completely wrong here. Just guessing.

I don't find any reason for such delay from SGVO. Even if they go for hard scrutiny on all applications they should not take this much time.

I'm 27th Aug application for Noc 2173. Is there any hope left that I will get PER ?
Plus I need to know that my BS degree is computer engineer major but my whole 7 years experience is software development field. Do you think I still be qualified for Noc 2173 ?

One more question guys! I am the primary applicant. IF I get through and get the PR card, will I be able to sponsor my "parents-in-law" later?
in a nutshell:you need to support your relatives for up to ten years, the process will take around 41 months for parents.
eligibility: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/pgp-apply-who.asp
processing time: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp

Dear all,

Regarding Indian PCC for foreigners,

I have called the embassy in my contry and spoke to the consular attaché, he said"We can apply for PCC for you, but we do not know when it will be ready, it may take 6 months, year or a year and half." He also added, "Recently, we have applied for people six months ago and we did not receive their PCC yet. We can apply for you, and we will inform you when once we get your PCC, or you can apply your self through the police station in the area which you lived in, in India"

Should I go my self to India for getting the PCC, or can I ask a friend to apply for me there?
What do you think, please guide?

If you (or your spouse) include them in your application, YES.
