Hello All,

I had a question regarding proof of funds.

Myself, as main applicant and spouse as dependent, in this case I have to show the proof of $14720, which is equivalent to $14720*56=8.25 lac INR(Approx), is this calculation correct?

And another question I had was, I had sent FD certificate with my app and got PER on 2nd Oct, but now, I want to withdraw some amount and make new FD worth of 8.25lac, please let me know if this is fine or I should not alter earlier FD or if it is fine then do I need to inform local VO or CIC.

Thanks.

Calculation is correct, though I would recommend to keep an extra margin for Fx Fluctuations. Currently pretty stable.

You can make new FD and break the old one, though not recommended. Point to be noted is that total available free settlement funds need to be available in any acceptable form whenever VO demands for proof.

Cool! My husband's passport was issued in Bhopal. Hope his PCC takes the same time too from Delhi!

If his passport address is Bhopal and he visitis Delhi psk , in that case he won't be getting passport Pcc sooner

I recommend either visit Bhopal psk for same day Pcc or in Delhi use police commisioner Pcc

Hi all...
connecting after long time as I am on holidays....
haven't heard anything about my MR request, although have got PER on 11th August... seems Rome VO is very slow...
Anybody from Rome VO got anything(AOR,MR)??

Also I wanted to know can I get done my MR before I get the request for it?? As I am in India right now.. I think it would be easier and hassle free here than in Italy. If somebody can provide some info on this??

Thanks

Congrats to ashif_eee bro and other who has got new updates about file. also thanks to all forum member who are helping each other's.

I am confused about SVOs Processing Times......

I think late or early SVO will complete Processing Times IN 28 MONTHS
for applications received according to this link

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp

Are they (Singapore VO) delay more than 28 months? Or finish everything on time?

Thanks sister....:)

+1 from my side...:)

Basically SGVO is not maintaining any timeline....There are lots of 2011 (MI-2) and 2012(MI-3) applicants whom are waiting over 36-42 months.....

Although its written as 28 months they are not following this....:(

For 2011 and 2012 candidates, SGVO is taking more time than 28 months. But note that none of the VO is taking as much time as declared in the processing time sheet. For example, CPC-Ottawa has 26 month timeline but doing it within 5-6 months and taking more applicants than SGVO. Same is for other VOs.

One more question guys! I am the primary applicant. IF I get through and get the PR card, will I be able to sponsor my "parents-in-law" later?

Karma won't allow you. and neither me...We have exchanged +1's just 2 days back. ;D ;D

this is so frustrating and ridiculous, they should explain the reason for the delay... as it effects the applicants whole career... applocants waiting for this before taking any decisions...

Positive thing is SGVO has started to pick up pace.

Hopefully we will get our 2nd ECAS line updated by middle of next year. :D

Lol Eggjacktly

Sorry sister. My objection. They should not follow timeline - they should complete much ahead of timeline as other VOs are doing - why there will be lower standard set for them >:( >:(

For comparision, check "Avg Process Time" tab in the spreadsheet.
