Dear Valued members,

Application Sent : 04-June-2014
Application received at CIO Sydney(NS) Office : 09-June-2014
Primary NOC 2011 Code: 2133
Calculated Points: 79
Payment Mode : CC(Citi Bank)_Also I had notified my Bank for the upcoming transaction from "IMMIGRATION CANADA FSW - SYDNEY NS.

Here I would like to ask that since from the time of submission 120 days are past, so how long further CIO will take in order to send across the PER.

Dear All,

I have some questions.... I applied last year for NOC 2147 (Network Engineer) but unfortunately Quota was exceeded... they (Canadian official) gave me UIC number written in a form... Now i want to apply again... Will this UIC form attach with new file or should i send fresh file ?

Q2: I include my spouse this time should i attach their passports and photographs with this email. What about the other documents?
Q3: As a main applicant, my all educational documents should be attested or not except WES...

Network Technician category is now 242 out of 1000... I will dispatch my file next week... should i dispatch or not?

Thanks in advance for reply...

Please reply...

Regards,

Adnan

Last year I send my application "along with cv" but application came back due to cc decline
And you would happy to know in my return application "cv" was not there
So this time sent application without cv and already got PER

Many Many thanx to GSW bro for sharing ur experience which really helps me, all the best

Dear Sir,

1000 thanks for your rapid reply...

is Police clearance require this tym or will they (Canadian official) ask for it later ?
what about category 2281 (Network technician)?

Adnan

After all the gratitude for the support and information....

I am a May 8 Cairo Visa Office applicant. I have received PER on August 14th. This year, as much as last year, Cairo applicants were transferred to CPC-Ottawa. I haven't received any emails yet, No changes in my online status since PER. Should I be worried, given that some people (from different NOCs) have already received there Medical Request and their App receive date and PER in much later days?

Is there something should do? Or the almost 2 months delay is normal? Please, advice as I am getting very worried... That is, can't work, eat, sleep kinda worried ;D

So Happy for u brother... U deserve it most :)

Hope to see ur MR/RPRF & PCC Request very soon

Thank you all. Hope to meet u all in Canada soon.

btw, visa validity 1 yr till 17/8/2015

Hi Friends,
Why does the visa has validity date? Aren't we applying for PERMANENT residency? Even if we are able to get the PR visa, do we need to keep renewing it? Is this renew process as demanding as the FSW application?

Thank you all for your thoughts!

hi spartan, I think the validity has to do with the time you should arrive in canada, you have a year in between the time you get your visa to relocate to canada, my thoughts though, seniors can clarify
