I second that. I also thought about going through a consultant first. But it was very obvious that none else is gonna be more careful and sincere about my cause other than myself. Its true that we may have to put some effort in the course of learning on how to build the application and gathering the documents. But the best thing is that we will learn all of it in the course and I am really happy that all the people in the forum is really supportive and are trying to put their best effort in helping each other.
Its largely due to this forum that I was able to draft my application myself
another thing is that almost all of the consultants means business and doesn't care much about the applicant's personal aspirations. Besides, by getting knowledge and applying by yourself, you can also help the newcomers in the future.

I totally agree. I learnt some things from this forum as well. After I received my PER I felt compelled to add it to the SS and try and assist others just in the same way the forum helped me. Keep it up. Well run forum

what is PER & MR?

Had got a mail from Wes that cic was not able to view my report online. Had opted for the basic package. Later upgraded it and got PER in 2 weeks.

Why do you know the reason of Wes online report viewing issue, my bro?

It depends on the visa office. Some send early and some don't send at all.

Please enlisted into spreadsheet.

PER - Positive Eligibility Report
This is the first report which we receive from Central intake office in Nova Scotia , within the first 5 months of application if every documents are correct as per requirement .
MR - Medical Request
This is request from Respective Visa office once the Document have received PER . Usually it is accompanied by Request for Police clearance Certificate ( PCC) and Request for Permanent Residence Fees ( RPRF )

Yes. You get the receiver's name from the courier tracking info

In that condition there is no name mentioned in the tracking info.

Only statement written over there is "Delivered - Signed for by"..

No name is der.. :(

Your case is straightforward. CIC currently working till 24th June and so they did not started reviewing your application.

To know better, check the spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11gAbKSoDoOr1s8_raB1qwz0i-ZH0NyNWhhn18O6kHwQ/edit#gid=1627896255 ). Also keep an eye on "App Status by Rcvd. Date" tab.

Lastly cordially requesting you to get enlisted into spreadsheet. Without the input from applicants, we all are blind and cannot serve you and other.
