if file returned due to cap filled last year and UCI # is mentioned on returned packet, is that means they have stored all details in BAR CODE. ?
file returned due to CAP filled not due to any other problem, still they have all details of docs sent last year or they just have general info like Name, Address, D.O.B, VO, Age, etc, mentioned on first page ?

Its a depending thing.....Lets say applicants whom file was reviewed on the edge of any NOC ending, few of the files got the place for the CAP but remaining files have not taken place....Their file's data is stored on CIC DB.

But for the files whom have sent their files distant from the CAP reaching lets say after one or more month....their file may not have touched by CIC....

For all cases, CIC have assigned a UCI.....But this does not confirmed that their data has stored or not....

This is my personal observation......

Bar Code with Only Generic form or all forms ???

Ofcourse only generic form buddy....

Other forms are checked through manual process.....

Lots of applicants have rcvd PER after 50-60 days later after CC charging.....So wait for ur turn..

I knew these case that you mentioned but this programme will end on 31 of December and If we want to reapply, we should reprepare as soon as possible. I sent letter to CIC on September 19th but not yet receive their reply. Moreover, my local courrier service is very bad so hardly I can receive letter abroad by regular mail! I had a white night yesterday! ((

Guys, yesterday I realized that I made a crucial mistake in my application. I didn't mention my wife's maiden name in generic form, as I check NO in box for previous name (stupid mistake) :'(. I am 6 August applicant.
Now I think to write to inquiry email and explain everything. Can someone suggest me what to write, do I have any chances to avoid rejection.

Yesterday, two Pakistani applicants (one based in Pakistan and the other in UAE) got second line updated as per SS.

However, i would like to know, EXACTLY WHO UPDATES THE SECOND LINE IN ECAS, IS IT DONE BY RESPECTIVE VISA OFFICE OR AS I HAVE HEARD IT IS DONE AT OTTAWA BY THE INFORMATION SYSTEMS TEAM OF CIC? Please clarify, Seniors?????

It is very sad that half knowledge people become consultant without any proper information. Even they don't care to read Guide 7000. Everything mentioned in this guide 7000. Any person can apply without agent. These "so called consultants" people only milking money from their client and playing with future of hopeful person like you.
Unfortunately your NOC code 1112 is likely to capped within short while. (Perhaps it has been already capped) If your duty related with other NOC occupations, which are moving slow then re-apply for it. I advise you go through Guide 7000 thoroughly. BEST LUCK.

Trust me. I did it by myself using only the guide and this forum. I got PER. So using a consultant is costly and unnecessary. Just check and recheck a number of times to eliminate mistakes.

I HEARD FROM A CONSULTANCY FIRM THAT NDVO HAS HIRED PRIVATE AGENCY TO CHECK ALL JOB RELATED DOCUMENTS AND GOING EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYER TO CHECK JOB DETAILS WHICH WE ARE MENTIONING.

HOW FAR IT IS TRUE? KINDLY SHARE THE EXPERIENCE THOSE HAVE ALREADY GOT THEIR PER, MR FROM NDVO OR ANY OTHER PERSON?

Need help !!
Had a small query
Wanted to know if PER MAIL can come on Saturday/Sunday (Indian time ) ??

We have had instances (last week for eg.) where individuals got PER on a Saturday Canada time. This may Fall on a Sat or Sunday in India. Generally though PER is given during week.

I second that. I also thought about going through a consultant first. But it was very obvious that none else is gonna be more careful and sincere about my cause other than myself. Its true that we may have to put some effort in the course of learning on how to build the application and gathering the documents. But the best thing is that we will learn all of it in the course and I am really happy that all the people in the forum is really supportive and are trying to put their best effort in helping each other.
Its largely due to this forum that I was able to draft my application myself
another thing is that almost all of the consultants means business and doesn't care much about the applicant's personal aspirations. Besides, by getting knowledge and applying by yourself, you can also help the newcomers in the future.
