i am june 24 applicant with NOC 1112 i received a sad news just now from my consultant that my application was rejected due to self sign duty and responsibilities now that i have new supervisor who can help me get my reference letter sign can i re-apply?
question number ONE. Can i get reference letter for NOC 1111 since there is still hope to meet up with the CAP if i re-applied now because with NOC 1112 I doubt the miracle to meet up the CAP or what is the advice the senior friend can offer me.

Sad...very sad...knowing that self-attested duties is a very risky business...ur consultant should have cautioned u about this....anyways hope for the best and be positive for the new app...

Any CC charge for 2174 lately?

What the bloody hell happened???? CIC updated the cap twice in a day and that is also only NOC 2174. But they mentioned the date as of October 03.
I think it will be October 10. :o :o :o : ??? ??? ???

It seems that cic is prioritizing the hot NOCs based on completeness check so that they can reflect that it is already capped and no one will attempt applying.

I'm sorry aircanada2014 but it seems like 2174 got capped. So I don't expect any more CC charges i.e. I expect your application to be returned.

That's hard to believe. Our expectation is CIC updated CAP to make sure no one applies any further after completeness check (till mid July).
aircanada2014 applied on June 20th and last CC charge was 19th June for this NOC but we do expect more CC charges in this NOC next week.

aircanada2014 - please do not loose hope, you are still in the game!!! All the very best

hello everyone,

congratulations to all who have got their cc/dd charged, and PER , MR, PP request received recently. ...

back to my question,

which is the last application got MR REQUEST from NDVO ??

I read one 20th may applicant got MR request recently. ... is that true?

Thanks for that, I'm worried cause of the fact that according to the global SS, no 2174 charge was made yesterday. Only CAP updates.

Hi seniors,

Please help me. Early this year I submitted application for program NSNP and received nomination before my FSW application was charged and PER. Now my FSW application is at RBHK and I am waiting for ME request. The situation is that I just received an email that says my NSNP nomination is cancelled because I failed to mention that I used a representative to help prepare documents. The mail said that they will notify CIC and cancel my nomination. My question is that if this could affect my existing FSW application? Will they contact HK VO to cancel my FSW application too? It's the same agent help my FSW application. What should I do now?

Please advice, I am really nervous now... thanks a lot!

Hi friends, please help...

Hi people
WES gave me too long estimated evaluation date for sending me the report on my documents. Process started on 1st oct and Est completion date is 7th Nov 2014. So my question is is there any chances I can get it before that date?

You will get results much earlier... ;D

Seniors,

I have a colleague who is about to send his application for FSW. However, he is concerned that he might have a problem in the medical exam since he has an amputated thumb due to accident.

Will it affect his application?

My initial assessment is it will not have a negative impact. Please advice.

Thumb, medically irrelevant.
Ask him to send the applicantion. Good luck
What is the NOC?

Hi,

I am a newbie here. I think it is possible that the basis of cap is by cc/dd charge. I applied for NOC 0115 and before my cc got charged this week the cap is just 14 now it is 15. Not sure if it was me though...but there is a high possibility don't you think? I am a June 18 applicant and waiting for PER...

Hey fellow newbie

It is generally assumed that whenever Cic updates cap it is based on PERs given. However, no-one can be 100% sure. When u get ur PER,watch to see if it moves again. Good luck

Keep call your bank every month because this is called "spending notification" and it usually good up to 30 days( this for chase bank) so every 30 days or less call your bank and renew it until your credit card is charged by CIC. If you do not renew it, the transaction will be rejected because its out of normal sending limit. I hope this helps
