Go to www . afp.gov.au fill online forms, upload scan documents for 100 points , pay fees and you will receive your pcc in 20 days at your address.

You can get the PCC from passport seva kendra the same day. Just apply on the http://passportindia.gov.in/
It is a very easy and simple process, and you donot have to worry about chai pani(Rs).

The address in passport is different from my current address. So i was told i cant get the pcc same day.

Thanks for all your support on my queries.

Now i have one more doubt..

I am Having 4.5 years of experience in 2173 NOC.
first company duration >1.5years
second company [current company] > 3 years

I am arranging the role & responsibilies for current compnay.
[1] But do i need to submit the responsibilties for previous company too.
P.S : my job title matches exactly with 2173.

For me its important as if they didnt considered it.. my points will fall below 67.

And If my company do not provide me respnosibilties certificate.
[2] What is the exact process to create it.
I remember i read in the forum that i need to get the R&R certi by 2 collegues on a balank paper.

[3]and what documents of them should i attach in my application to prove that they are from the same company

I wanna apply under 2281 but my documents will be completed in 10 days ( 20th October 2014) ..but it seems till Jun 2014, 242 applicants have got their PER...God knows how many application they have received till now ! do i have any chance ?some ppl say in reality ,2281 has reached its cap :'( :'( :'( :'(

I don't think so it has reached its cap . Have faith in God and go ahead ..

Hi all, this is regarding medicals.

In India, what is the process (especially the physical examination). If anyone can share their experience (via PM will also do), it would help us be prepared.

Secondly, we have received the email with attachments for medical form for each applicant. For medicals, a printout of those is sufficient, right? (along with other requisite documents, of course)
Some people mentioned receiving physical forms at mailing address, does everyone get those? Do we wait for those first?

Routine blood and urine samples taken, Chest x-ray done. For physical - Doc asks several questions about your medical history e.g. any recent fractures, any history of diabetes, blood pressure, blah...blah...blah. Finally asks you to strip down to your undies and physically checks for presence of any lumps, scars (I think screening related to cancer ???). Pressed against my tummy and found three hard lumps on each side (diagnosed finally as six packs ). Most importantly, there is no turn around, bend and cough test (sigh of relief)

depends on your visa office. Singapore VO takes around three years. Whereas India VO takes around 7/8 months....

My visa office is New Delhi.

Hi,

The PCC from Police Commissioner is acceptable. In India, fingerprints are not required for getting a PCC, however some other countries demand fingerprints for granting PCC. So you should be Okay

Thank you for ur response. I have few more questions.

I am from Odisha, but have been staying in Bangalore since 2004 (10 years).

My passport was issued in Odisha and has my permanent address. My current address is a Bangalore, Karnataka address.

While applying for PCC i have given only last 1 year statement (with Bangalore address). Do i have to mention all my previous addresses, both Odisha and Bangalore? Or just last 1 year address verification is enough?
