Hi Everyone,

I have a query regarding Credit Card Payment.

I have a CITI Bank Credit Card where after a certain threshold value of a transaction, the bank sends One Time Password on the Mobile to verify the authenticity of the transaction.

Now my concern is whether CIC will be able to charge me without this OTP authentication.

Seniors your inputs will really help.

No password or otp required nor it will prompt when cic will charge. Just ensure you have sufficient International card limit(which you have get by requesting your bank).

You should also inform your bank that you are expecting an International charge on your card so that they should not block that.

Also ensure that you have sms service activated for your cards so if there is declined/ successful payment, you get to know via sms.

Hi,

I am a May 20th applicant (NDVO).

I have applied for PCC from the Police Commissioner's Office (Bangalore, India). I want to know if this is accepted by NDVO. Also, i read some posts about fingerprints. We were not asked to provide fingerprints while applying for PCC. Please let me know when exactly do we need to submit fingerprints and how to do that.

The PCC from Police Commissioner is acceptable. In India, fingerprints are not required for getting a PCC, however some other countries demand fingerprints for granting PCC. So you should be Okay

i have a friend who had a similar scenario, the TB report did not cleared his medicals but then what they did is they injected some cells in his body and checked their count over time just to ensure that they are not multiplying... It took a while but in the end he got a +ve report from the doctor.

In my limited knowledge if they find something which is unclear, cic request for additional medical tests to ensure whether it's a problem or not
