They said "You have not obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that you will be able to become economically established in Canada" -- How wil I readjust the application? I have 0 on adaptability and arranged employment though) I am worried I might got cap reached my NOC is 3012. Do I need to resend a whole application because they're not going to return any documents I sent them.

Do you have full points for IELTS? If not, you should consider re-taking the test, this will definitely offset the deficit.

That is the email I received from them stating the points they awarded for me. In the email it states "I have determined that you do not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada." Then on the last part there's a note stating "NOTE: Your application has been placed in process, therefore; no refund of the processing fees will be issued."

Unfortunately, they don't refund the fee or return the application in case of NER. My husband applied in 2011 and we also were short of a few points. We sent an email to ask about a refund and we got this answer back then:
Dear Sir/Madam:

Your application was assessed and it was determined that the application met ministerial instructions. It was placed into processing and failed on selection due to insufficient points; therefore, no refund will be issued.

Regarding Proof of Funds, I plan to get a BANK CERTIFICATE. My account is in Pak Rupees. I asked the Bank Manager if he could include the approx value in CAD in the certificate but he said that the certificate is printed on a fixed prepared format and he wont be able to make any changes to it. Will the bank statement in PKR only be acceptable to CIC? What options do I have to show the funds that I have, in CAD?

Citizenship minister did mention clear instructions for FSW to be active till April 2015, my query was based up on the cic website, however, please apply as soon as possible to not lose slot in the caps!

A maximum of 25,000 new, complete FSW applications will be considered for processing under the occupation list stream for the period of May 1, 2014, until April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction.

I hope they dont do any Ministerial Instructions :-[

Some members were predicting 2174 to be capped by June 16th, but after looking at the current cap update i think it may be more like July 15th.

You can give it in PKR provided the value is equal to the canadian currency value as per requirement.

Processing fees are non refundable.

RRPR fees only are refundable.

I dont think Khaleesi is worried about the fee refund, he is looking at other options to meet the eligibility criteria, please correct me if I am wrong.

Doc sahb, just take a simple Bank Balancd Certificate from your bank in PKR and that would suffice
