My application package is almost ready. All that's remaining is my spouse's PCC which I forgot to get made. Now thinking of sending my application with just my PCC and sending wife's later when CIC asks for it. Dont want to delay application any further. My NOC is 3111, which so far is very slow but I dont want to risk any delays. Any advice if I may face any complications if I send application with just my PCC? I am the principal applicant.

No wrry you can send pcc later

PCC when issued is valid for 6 months.

NDVO SAYS that validity of PCC should remain alive for 3 months when asked for submission for them. HOPE that clears.

I totally understand your frustration as i am going through the same. Do you know of anyone who waited for a long time and got a positive reply at the end?

There are so many May applicants still awaiting charge, as per the spreadsheet...Wonder whats going on!

I wouldn't totally trust the Spread Sheet as not all people update their inputs. As for me i have not yet heard (in this forum) of someone who waited so long (i.e. 120 or more) and did not get his CC charged.

I hope we hear good news this week or next week at the latest.

Based on the review of information you have provided ,your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by Minister of citizenship ,Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in Canada Gazette on May 1,2014.However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.
Your application has now been placed into processing

Please do not spread wrong information.

Indian PCC's are valid for 1 year. It shouldn't be older than 3 months at the time of submitting application. If PCC's is issued after submission of application, there should be no problem with it.
