My application was received by CIC on 12 June,2014
CC charged on 4th October,2014
Got my client ID on by mail on 9 Oct,2014

Ecas showing In Process......and when i click on In Process......it shows we received your permanent residence application on 12 June,2014.

So plz can anyone tell me what does it mean ? Is my application passed eligibility review ? i m so nervousssssssss......helpppppp meee ....!

Few notes I would like to share:
(1)Spouse birth certificate didn't have his name but included his parents names. Both birth certificates were not notarized.
(2)Self declared job descriptions without any reference letters from seniors or HR from the company. Included job offer letter, termination letter, tax documents, email from HR denying employment verification letter, H1B application form.

Thats more frustrating now: MY service level is still WES Basics. and I am not sure how to update that. I just ordered duplicate from link that email provided me. I sent message to WES. lets hope for best.

Sorry to hear that your app got returned. Please apply in another NOC as 2171 might get filled up by the time you send. If your pof is FD statements or something, then you can use the same, as it has maturity date. If you have sent balance certificate, it is advisable to take fresh certificate.

Can I please request your for a small help too, if you dont mind. On the returned package, can you kindly check the date on which CIC has sent your app back. This will be very useful information for lot of forum members who are yet to receive PERs. Please help us with this information.

You applied through CC? For Senior, if we apply through DD then signatures are required on fee form 5620?

Yes I have applied through my brothers CC. Card holders sign was missing, he has signed in the place of card holder name rather than the space provided for signature.

What I feel- its may not be a problem.....I will suggest u to go to the CIC medical center...with both PP....They may accept it...since ur new PP has the old PP number.....

And if its not too tough for u then make a try....

And u are updating the new PP as mentioned on above post....So they might not create any issue....

In addition to this , should I raise "case specify enquiry " for updated passport , or without it directly I should send all documents in courier to NDVO when I finish my medical on saturday ?

Need your advice on this issue:

My friend's application was rejected because of not providing a copy of his bachelor degree attached to WES report on October 6th.

in order to reapply, can he send the same application forms back to CIC with adding bachelor degree to it, or he must fill all the forms once again?

When was your friend's application received at CIC? and for which NOC?

Your friend needs to redo the forms and sign it fresh. Also update the latest bank statements for POF. other documents should be good as it it.
