I remember that you send your spouse documents also with your application package right. If yes, me too saling in the same boat, i'm 12th june CC applicant and my cc not yet charged. There is two possibilities 1. they need extra time to separate and throw the spouse documents, 2. simply reject the application. If the number 2 happen i'm going to kill my consultant......

My credit card charged for 1400 CAD.....just now.

Checked with costumer care and it is done by CIC.

NO need to inform CIC as you will be living in the vicinity of the address provided and also you will be able to collect the mails at the same address. The reason for sending the details of address change is for PCC as you have get the PCC with you current address mentioned and thus a police routine check (theoretical) is done at your provided address.

Now I am planning for my house construction ( address which was sent to the CIC) and will be moving to a near by house on rent, should I inform the NDVO regarding this and update the address?

Does anyone know how 12/13/14th may applicants are recieving Medical Requests from NDVO when there are so many 7/8th may applicants still awaiting Medical requests? whats NDVO's processing logic? my ECAS still says "in process- application recieved on 8th may". It does NOT even say "processing started". So how can 12/13/14th may applicants recieve MR when ours hasnt even begun processing?

Are there any 7th/8th may NDVO applicants in the same boat as me?

All sound good from your end, the only thing you need to make sure in your document with your Job duties is that they are duly signed and notarized from a public servant for authenticity.

That's it once you have your Job duties on authenticated document you are all set for application. Provided you have your Education assessment and IELTS ready.

Am planning to apply under 2172. Am aware that am quite late , but as per CIC update < 100 is filled up so far for 2172. Am rite now readying up all the necessary docs and planning to send it around oct 25, hoping that I can make it within the cap. Or am i late?

I have a doubt. My company doesn't provide job duties on company letterhead. But I have got experience letter on company letterhead which has my designation and date of joining and address. But job duties they don't provide on company letterhead. wat shall I do. Can I get my job duties written on plain A4 sheet and get it signed by my supervisor?
Will that be accepted by CIC [or] I should provide an affidavit having my job duties and signed by both supervisor and notary public ?

Which is the right way to do?

If I didnt submit my job duties in company letterhead , will that lead to rejection ??

Note: I have worked only in one company so far .

I think the Online Payment Receipt which you send to them solves the purpose.
Is your ECAS updated with .."Medical received" ?

i have printed the receipt and filled the details and sent these with PCC and medical forms to NDVO , now waiting for some action or response from their side.
