CIC had slowed down towards the end of last week with 16th June being charged last wednesday and it stayed the same till friday ....

With yesterday's performance. ... CIC has really picked up speed.... charging 19th/20th and 24th June applications in one day ..... Looks like we're headed for a good push that all of us post june applicants are waiting for .... !!!

Hi my wife's IELTS results was as follows: 4.5 L,3 R, 4 S, and 5 writing the overall was 4.5. DO CIC consider 5 points to my application or they disregard it.

Unfortunately no, as reading had to be 3.5 for additional 5 points.

I sent my UK Debit Card for payment details and I was worried that they may not be able to charge it and return my application. I sent them an email if I can submit another card so that they can charge it if they are not able to charge the original card I submitted so they replied that I can send them another PAYMENT FORM filled in over email.

So if anyone else is worried about the payment from credit card, you can submit another form to add to your application to ensure payment is done.

Just here to share a good news....

Citizenship & Imm FSW - charged money to my account. To be precise Rs. 69321.66, A HUGE SUM I must say....

Though this is for the first time...I am happy after paying this huge sum from my card...

Application - 20th June

CC Charge - 9th October - 05.14 AM IST

NOC - 0111

After submitting the Application ??

a. PA first need to inform local VO.. else how would they take cognizance of the fact that Applicant has relocated,

b. PCC is reqd for stay of atleast 6 months (on residency permit- if in other than home country).. its NOT even 6 months since the launch of FSW 2014

For applicants who sent PCC, for them the PCC is asked for any country/state in which they might have stayed other than their home country after they submitted the application. This is my assumption.

Application for NOC 2174 received in CIO on 20th June and Visa card was charged 1100CAD on 8th October for me and my wife. BTW I have been in Canada 2yrs now thru Student permit and currently working full time on work permit? Kindly update records please, Thanks

Little complicated. You can take a loan against fd ... no problem. .. but if vo ask for latest balance certificate your account will show negative/ debit balance.
But here is the catch... if you clear the od (loan against fd) or close the od account before taking the balance certificate... you wont get any negative balance.
