Hey man,

Im an 8th May Applicant at LVO. ECAS status only shows the first line... Really not able to figure out how they are operating and the criteria for updating the second line in ECAS. Guess we'll just have to wait.

Waiting for PER was a test. Now its for MR / PPR.
I am also in the same boat at NDVO (8th May CC, 19 Aug PER)

What i can understand from last week and this one is that because they have already completed checked applications ahead, they start queuing them for charging. Some NOC's may have not applications received in certain days so they take the nearest date available. That happened with the 16th of june last week and now 24th june this week. I then expect they finish charging June next week. I am happy as that reflects the true fact that the SS is a good image of the real numbers of files at CIC

No Clue for that, Never no how CIC works
1. ppl must not have updated SS if any unfavorable answer from CIC
2. CIC might taking long to verification for those apps
3. possibility yes, if CIC might consider those as a part of rejection - which is very narrow

as CIC is well aware that time is IMP for everybody...so they cant keep under DARK. Atleast some sort of communication should be there...

You know what it really isn't the wait that is bothering me all that much. I just wanna understand the criteria. As far as the background check etc. is concerned wouldn't that only be done once the start processing the application and therefore shouldn't the second line on ECAS be updated according to application date rather than any other criteria.

Bs just want some your insights... In my Coe my annual salary was not in Canadian dollar rather in a currenc of the country I am working in... Would that be a problem? I didn't see any notice in employment certificates that I need to show it in dollars Canada..

However, my settlement funds were in dollars US and I just gave them a conversion rates I got from the central bank.. Would that be enough

I have paid through Demand Draft IN INR for 53400

This is not possible without your support and wishes

Got confirmation from bank than dd is encashed and it showing paid in the system..

yes, i tried but failed. The phone require me to input UCI to enquiry the status but i have not one.

maybe you can try. someone said if you wait 3 times when it asks u to input id then it will turned to worker not machine. Then you can get your UCI from him/her.
