Hi everyone,
Just a quick question. A friend of mine applied for FSW and the application was received in NScotia in January 2014. She hasn't receive any answer or communication
from the CIC like UCI no or AOR. Is this normal. Thanks so much.....

And what is FSW1?

Cheers

No that absolutely not normal. Send an email to CIO-Sydney about update.

Thanks for your reply , i sent mail to one more agency and they are also confirming the same. totally confused now, bcos have invetsed more in this and dont want to go back. at the sametime want to make sure to be in cap :(

You cannot be sure about PR to Canada till you send the application.
Only Investment would be your time and effort, If you are not in cap, app is returned, fees is not charged.
So only real investment would be time and effort.

i guess it's because one application on 6/19 says it got charged on 6/21, this drives forward all the estimation way too much.

hi seniors,

anyone can give any idea about my situation?
i submitted my application in July, but today, i occasionally went through all the files i submitted, i just realized that in nearly all my notarized files, my name was misspelled with one letter missing.
all the names in my native language are correct. do you think this will be a huge problem? apart from that, there is a notable number of grammatical errors in the translation, i mean, notarized file, pretty ridiculous...this notarization organization is really driving me crazy....

well, it seems no one wants to give any idea about my case, i'm just praying that i will not be the first guy who gets rejected for notarization errors.

Reposting my query.........

My query is regarding birth certificate.

At the time of sending my application, I could not get my and my spouse's birth certificate. So, I included our high school certificates along with affidavits from our respective parents. The fact that is troubling me is that my high school certificate has only date of birth mentioned but no father's or mother's name. My wife's high certificate has both date of birth and father's name.
1. Now, since I have been able to get birth certificates for both of us, should I send them separately or the above mentioned documents are enough?
2. If I have to send birth certificates now, how should I identify them with my file other than my name?

Thank you to all for helping each other through this forum :)

Do you have an experience with that?
Are you sure

What kind of question is that? FSWP is a two-stage process. Once you pass CIO eligibility review, your file is transfered to the responsible VO for adjudication and final decision.
