Don't worry, after being charged, you WILL get PER email for sure.
Just keep checking your email Inbox/SPAM/JUNK folders.

sorry keep asking but I thought it takes only 2 t0 10 days after CC charged. anybody has idea about how many days it takes?

Do as instructed. This will enable online viewing for CIC.

A lot of us went thorigh this and got PER.

I was stuck up in office work for some 7-8 days so not been in touch with all of you great frds...

I have recieved mail from WES stating that CIC require a copy of ECA report which I had sent in Original to CIC in my application....

They want me to pay some 50 $ extra for that...

I am worried coz I have not recvd any update from CIC ...

4th June file recvd.

DD mode and no encashed till date...

Please help if any body know about this

In my case, I was not able to receive my first WES report since I ordered it through regular mail and there is no way to track it. What I did, I ordered additional report from WES via international courier. That latter document was the one I submitted to CIC. Will this be acceptable to CIC and considered as original also?

Has anyone experienced the same case and still got PER?

You should get PER as CIC can confirm with WES.

Received PER ! ))))))) , smiling like a bunny with a full field of carrots !!

Consultant Just received the Mail and updated, here are the details :

App received at CIO - 11 June

CC charged - 29th Sep

PER - 8th oct - will update the SS as well , first thing tomorrow morning ( IST ) ...

wait begins for the next round, I thank all the Forumites for the positive attitude here.

Just for those nervous souls , i did not have the reference letter on Company letter head , but gave hell lot of documents to prove that i am not faking anything ( which i am really not ) Bullshit company policy .. never mind .. so the point is it did not matter and i have got the PER.

I hope it works our for all of you as well

Hi Everyone

I had a question regarding First and Last Name on my Indian Passport.

In my passport i don't have a last name, i.e. First Name is written as 'HARSHDEEP SINGH' whereas last name field is empty.

So while filling up the forms it stated that please write your name as per your travel documents, what happened was that i didn't have a last name and when left that field as empty it didn't allow me to complete the form.

What i did in this case is wrote 'NA' in all the columns where last name was asked and 'HARSHDEEP SINGH' where first name was asked.

So is this the correct approach i followed or there can be a possible rejection in this case due to a missing Last Name?

All answers will appreciated

@ world citizen, i saw this post of yours thru back reading. I am an applicant that submitted 2 applications under 2 NOC's, may I ask please where you got this information? I already received my PER for my first application (NOC 0121). I will get a result for My 2nd application (NOC 1224) probably after 1 and a half months. I want to know if there's any possibility to withdraw the 2nd application at this stage. Can you (or anybody who knows) link me to an article or a guide on what to do in these cases?

Kindly also let me know at what stage will proof of funds be requested by the visa office.

Also, what is the ECAS?

Just cancel your payment (by blocking your credit card or invalidate you demand draft with the issuing bank) so CIC wont be able to charge you on your second application, hence they will return your second application to you due to payment problems.
Beyond the stage of PER, you can still withdraw any of the applications you wish not to continue with by writing formally to the visa office but you will get NO REFUND of your application fee at the stage.
