Patience and wait is the key here, so just wait for couple of days there are many people of 12 june who have not been charged.

If don't hear anything from cio by next weekend then you should write to cio to inquire about your case.

I am just going through sreadsheet and i found following application count for 2173

may-110
june-77
july-44
august-57
sept-42
oct-3

so the count is maximum in may and then decreasing....

That should be the same behavior for almost any NOC. I have posted some previous analysis about 2173, perhaps you can check them out...

You mean many waiting? or many got rejection? and if rejection did they get money back. I hate loosing money for Immigeration purpose.

Don't worry, after being charged, you WILL get PER email for sure.
Just keep checking your email Inbox/SPAM/JUNK folders.
