Hi Seniors

I would like to share my case and maybe get your opinion.

I am a june 4th DD Payment applicant with an assistance of an agent. A little more than a week ago, my agent emailed me that they are changing their representative starting October 1, so they are requesting me to sign a new 'Use a Representative' Form with their new representative written in it. If the form reaches by let us say next week, how much longer is the wait for this before I get PER or how will it affect my application? I haven't checked my DD yet if it has been encashed yet.

Hey guys

Need one more help!!
I have 1 year experience as Network Systems Engineer so I have applied for FSW 2013 also for NOC 2147 but due to CAPs full I got my application back. now this year I have applied for 2173 but again got refusal because of spouse IELTS points. she has given IELTS and we are prepared for putting file again but It seems that 2173 CAPs become full soon

so can I apply for NOC 2281 as Network Administrator as my job description matches with it.
but in my reference letter from employer it is written that I have worked there as Network Systems Engineer
so what should I do plz help

Why CIC did not count your spouses IELTS points? Was it b coz of below CLB level or already expired prior to the date of submission of your application to CIC?

I AM SUGGESTED TO SEND THE NDVO MY PCCs WITHOUT THEM REQUESTING FOR IT. THE REASON GIVEN TO ME IS THIS WILL TRIGGER THAT MY APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON. IS THIS TRUE? ONLY PCCs AT THE MOMENT. PLS SUGGEST

Nothing Yet no MR email and no Verification.

I have send updated form, me and my wife PCC and updated bank account statements for last 3 months because last month we got a baby boy and i have to update that to NDVO. I received PER on 7 Aug and baby Birth is on 21-Aug so after that i collect baby DOB certificate and applied for the passport. So i send all updated forms as well as Baby forms and the fee. So may be it will take one more month for me to receive MR for all of three.

I sent my all updated documents on 26 Oct.

What fee you paid??

There are nearly 400 applications received prior to 15th of June waiting for the CC to be charged / DD to be encased!

That's a fairly large number, lack of communication from CIO about the applications still waiting to be charged is worrying!

If this is how they work in Canada, then it'd be lot more challenging to migrate over there.

Enquiry:

We have send our application on July 12 and arrived at NS on July 15, 2014. It's been more than 10 weeks, we haven't got any response from CIC. We have also send mail to CIC several times. But we haven't got reply of the mails. So what should we do now?
