Hi all,

I have a query regarding pcc.

I am a Yemen national, and I have lived in india for 7 and half months from July 2008 till Feb 2009.
So, it has been over 5 years period since I lived in India.

Am I going to be asked to provide pcc from India also?
If so, I have a pcc which I applied for in Bangalore on March 2009, will cic accept this pcc although it is dated on 2009?

If not, is it easy to apply for a pcc while I am not in India, after more than 5 years?
And how much time will it need to get it?
Please advice.
Thank you

Don't go for such complexities

I am waiting for a returned document under QSWP since 20/06/2014 :-\

You can't track document under regular mail. Canadian local address with email notification service is more secure, they can provide courier service to the location of your choice.

That 19th charge is incorrect, it has even messed up the charge date estimates page.

Good question to the senior member, If someone gets PCC before leaving the country of residence for good i.e. no stamp on the passport that he re-entered the country, will CIC waive updated PCC?

My file has returned and they answered me this email as the reason for returning.

"Your application was submitted to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. It was returned because you did not submit education documents to match the ECA report"

I have attache WES document and I don't think Education Documents was mentioned in check list

Reapply ASAP.
What was the timeline of your initial query to CIO?

Vind, did you follow up with CIC, did the, 'Urgent Follow-up required', work?

Not yet.... someone mentioned on the forum that a cio agent told him to wrote that and it worked for him. Hee got reply back in 15-20 days.

That's why I though it might work for you
