Vind, any idea about this? Am wondering if CIC wants to know more about the settlement funds proof, will they ask for source of the money in FD? if so, how do I show they source if I have transferred it from 3 accounts of mine and after liquidating few stocks?

There are very remote chances. They only ask for it if they find somthing fishy there. Even if they ask, you can give them the details/statements of the accounts and stock sales/dp statement to prove that funds are yours.

My file has returned and they answered me this email as the reason for returning.

"Your application was submitted to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. It was returned because you did not submit education documents to match the ECA report"

I have attache WES document and I don't think Education Documents was mentioned in check list

Sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, they were mentioned in the checklist... You should have sent authorized copy of your educational degree certificate with attached translation. Resent your app asap if possible.

No news is a good news..... there are all kind of posibilities, sometimes officers ignores the things because of various reasons ...... but still you try to figure out which other noc you can fit into as the cap for 1112 is almost filled now. Dont loose hope

I am almost to apply for immigration under FSW, I am working as Director Commercial and after checking NOC it comes under 0013 & 0015. Do i have to mention both NOC in form or only one will do. i have checked the role profile and I meet 3 of the 5 mention in each of them.

Don't do the mistake of mentioning two NOC otherwise you'll get rejection for sure.
Mention only one NOC which suits best for your profile.

You can only apply with one NOC per application.Write the one that matches most with your profile and you have the reference letters to prove it. if you want u can send two seperate applications.
