"Your application was submitted to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. It was returned because you did not submit education documents to match the ECA report"

I have attache WES document and I don't think Education Documents was mentioned in check list

Really sorry to hear this sad news. But i have seen so many forumites mentioning that, All your educational certificate photocopies should be attached with ECA report. Lets hear from the seniors.

Got the golden message....My CC got charged on 6/10/2014.
NOC:2173
App Received:18/6/2014.
Can somebody tell me how to update the SS since I lost the edit link.
After applying for FSW,I changed my daughter's first name legally and got a new passport. Should I inform CIC after getting the PER mail or to the local VO?Could you please tell me whether any document needs to be prepared like affidavit.Will this cause any problem to my visa processing?

You should inform your vo with complete supporting documents once your file is transferred.

That is unfortunate, but checklist clearly mentions copy of educational qualifications are required.

What is your VO / Location? and when did your file reach CIO?

I just got a mail from CIO that my application, has been given Positive Eligibility Status. UCI number has been given. It was stated in d mail that my DD got encashed on Sept 29.

submitted: 5th June,
Received: 10th June
Payment Mode: DD
DD Encashed: Sept 29
PER Received: 7th Oct
NOC: 1112

I have been trying to update my status on the spreadsheet but i could not. Can someone plsase help update it on my behalf?

Not possible education documents are mentioned there in checklist IMM5612E number 13 Proof of education.

Re posting as didnt get a response earlier .. Should I be worried with the below mistake? I have been blessed with a baby recently so my plan is to send additional docs for my child & include the updated background declaration form as well..


Have done a mistake while filling in the background declaration form..on point 12 addresses.i have by mistake typed in 2012 instead of 2011 for one of the adresses...any suggestion to correct it? Can I resend the form with a cover letter and my details on the envolope..

No problem with your small mistake on background declaration form. At most the VO may ask for the form again.

Regarding your new born child you don't need to do anything now. When your file is transferred to your visa office, you should contact your visa office and update them.
