I checked with my Manager that no verification call has been received yet on my case..

I'm not sure really..what is going on

brother it is not necessary to check each and every applicant against employment......cos its actually impossible to do so in such a short time frame....they can contact anyone randomly, they can skip to contact and ignore.......there are so many applicants who never got any call or their employers never got any call or sms or email for verifications.

so just relax and wait. its not a compulsory step that u were waiting for it to happen or worrying for it. good luck.

I just got a mail from CIO that my application, has been given Positive Eligibility Status. UCI number has been given. It was stated in d mail that my DD got encashed on Sept 29.

submitted: 5th June,
Received: 10th June
Payment Mode: DD
DD Encashed: Sept 29
PER Received: 7th Oct
NOC: 1112

I have been trying to update my status on the spreadsheet but i could not. Can someone plsase help update it on my behalf?

Re posting as didnt get a response earlier .. Should I be worried with the below mistake? I have been blessed with a baby recently so my plan is to send additional docs for my child & include the updated background declaration form as well..


Have done a mistake while filling in the background declaration form..on point 12 addresses.i have by mistake typed in 2012 instead of 2011 for one of the adresses...any suggestion to correct it? Can I resend the form with a cover letter and my details on the envolope..

Can I have a local Canadian mailing address service, like Viabox.com or bongous.com in USA, just to make sure documents are safe instead of relying on my local regular mail provider?

Dear, UCI no. is Unique Client Identification no. and Application no. starting with E is called File No. in the langugage of Canada Immigration.

Congratulations that you have got your PER (Positive Eligibility Review). It must be some where discribed in your letter that your file has got Positive Determination for further processing.

Now, within around 40-50 days your file will be transferred to your local Visa Office and you will be communicated to submit additional documents for further processing your applicatoin.

My file has returned and they answered me this email as the reason for returning.

"Your application was submitted to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. It was returned because you did not submit education documents to match the ECA report"

I have attache WES document and I don't think Education Documents was mentioned in check list

Congratulations.

@ Vind: I guess this is an indication that my file is on its way back...Royal Dee was one of the three June 10th applicants under 1112, awaiting charge. Best of luck to all.

No news is a good news..... there are all kind of posibilities, sometimes officers ignores the things because of various reasons ...... but still you try to figure out which other noc you can fit into as the cap for 1112 is almost filled now. Dont loose hope
