what are chances of returning application after CC charged? any one received application rejection after CC charged

Yes, there are chances of rejection even though you got PER. But the chances are very low if all your supplied information are accurate and true...

My application was returned asking ECA missing for me where as it was in that package. My concern is will I loose my place in this area because of one missing document.

What will happen if I resent it will it start over again?

I have read about the validity here in the forum earlier.. I should have mentioned so .. Thanks for pointing out.

I agree with your logic too. CIC site mentions that the PCC should not be older than three months ( we can consider that it applies to current country of stay ).

If its a valid rejection, you have lost your place. If the rejection is invalid, and they are convinced with your case, they may take it back as an exception at the same place it was received previously. This has already happened to one of our applicants rohan85.

I suggest, you paste the rejection letter (all pages) here in the forum, so that the experts can decode what was the exact reason for rejection and help you decide if it was a valid rejection or not.

CC charge is being deduced only via the bank's portal or do we get some form of email too from CIC?. I am 17th June applicant. Out of 6, 3 have already been charged. Keeping my fingers cross . Normally the transaction take around 3 - 4 days to be reflected in the bank's online portal.

I mailed at noc@workingincanada.gc.ca regarding my job duties......
I have just received their mail and they are suggesting NOC 1228
but this noc is not in the 50 occupations .....
so what can I do? ?


another thing is when I searched the noc 1228 there is written:
Exclusion(s)
Financial auditors and accountants (1111)
Managers responsible for immigration or employment insurance (See 0411 Government managers - health and social policy development and program administration)
Managers responsible for taxation revenue or customs (See 0412 Government managers - economic analysis, policy development and program administration)
Other financial officers (1114)
Social policy researchers, consultants and program officers (4164)

and can I apply under 1114?

I would say that its on you to select appropriate NOC according to JD.
HRSDC department suggest you your NOC according to HRSDC requirement.

I also emailed them My JD, they told me I JD relates to 2 different NOC's: XXXX & YYYY. While I was going to apply under NOC 1212(ZZZZ), and that's what I did. I am almost through with it.

Hold on for few more days , WES takes about 20 days for evaluation. I think by end of next week you might get some update.

That I know. But WES should atleast tell me that my documents are received . They didnt inform me in any way.
What if after 20 days they say we never received it.

Sorry about that! I guess, the exclusions mean that some of the titles not included in 1228 may be classified elsewhere. In plain language, there might be roles that could be found under these NOCs, but it is not an indication that you are eligible under these NOCs.
