Yes, that is precisely the reason. My current job falls under 0125 (not eligible), so I have no other choice but to take a chance with 1114 despite the 19 day shortfall (I have close to 4 years prior to September 2004 in 1114).

Hello People,

I need some urgent piece of advice from you all. I have shared earlier with you all that my wife was expecting and I had received the medical's request. As advised by lot of forumites, we opted not to go for the X-ray for my wife at this stage and got all other medical tests done in the last week of September. Unfortunately last week she had a miscarriage and now I am in a fix whether to wait for the VO to reply or inform them or get the X-ray done and send it to them.... I am confused what to do now.

Will highly appreciate if you guys can suggest me what to do.

As my sister application received back due to mismatch in NOC duties in 2174. I want to know if I resend today with some amendments what are chances of getting accepted. I'm going to send from India today. Also for last application they issued UCI no. will it useful or give some preference Huh??

There is no chance for your sister unfortunately. Her application won't be given any preference and will be treated as if it was received in October. The cap will be reached long before they open your sister's new application. There's really no point re-sending the application. Wait until next year.

Sorry for the same..
that was a valid reason for not going for Xray. you must approach vo first and raise query rather going for xray straight. keep things simple.

I have been following the forum for sometime, this is my first post and would like to really appreciate the responses and support each one gives here. BRAVO to all specially the seniors and pros !!

I am having trouble and would like suggestions and advice on following concerns relating to adding spouse: (12 Aug 2014 single applicant awaiting PER and planning to get married)

1. What is the appropriate and effective time to add spouse to avoid unnecessary delays in processing ?

2. What are the requirements for adding spouse, or what additional documentation is usually requested by VO ?

3. How does adding spouse affect the application in terms of processing time ?

1)you can add your spouse after per...
2) after per do send case specific enquiry to your visa office...they will send you mail about documents required...
Usually they will ask for
Marriage certificate
Updated forms
Birth certificate for spouse
Updated pof
Pcc
Fee
Passport copies
Educational nd experience documents for spouse...
Photgraphs(pre,post,wedding)

My application reached CIC on Jun 16th. Thanks to Almighty Allah. Now it's time to waiting for PAR. Can you please tell how to update on SS? I just forgot it by this long transitional period.

Sorry to hear about your loss, i think its best to inform VO about the loss and let them guide you.

Hope your wife stays strong in the tough time.
