What is the reason for rejection as per CIO letter?

They said that I need to send ORIGINAL ECA report... and I send them WES issued duplicate. I thought WES documents ARE originals.

Dear Brothers,

Please advise me on the spouse IELTS. In generic application form, I have mentioned that my spouse can communicate in English, but in Schedule 3 Economic Form, there is a ques section# 7: Is you spouse proficient in English or French?.. I have mentioned no since my spouse doesn't have any IETLS, will it affect my application or I simply mention in generic form also that my spouse cannot communicate in English...

Many thanks

Its ok to mention it, you just wont get the points for it unless you have the tests results to show.

Do not worry bro, we are all in a similar mode. I am 9th June applicant. Lets wait and see and the good news will come sooner or later.

im also jun9 applicant and no per yet......kinda worried too, hope this week would be a good start for all of us!!!
if my package is on its way back i hope it reaches early so i can resend it. ..noc 3142
if totally rejected for points, well, i'd go for plan b or plan c

I am currently in USA. I had initially come on Student visa and then got a H1-B visa after my studies. Now in the generic application form question 10, I have mentioned my status as 'Worker' in USA. But I am confused regarding the dates that I need to put.
Do I need to put the starting date as the date I first entered USA as student or do I need to put the date when my H1-B first started?
Guys please help with this question.

Count for 2172 is less than 100... Will it be safe to apply under this CAP? 2171,2173 count is too high... I need you to suggest me which cap to apply under..

which noc to apply for us your decision which will be based on which noc job duties match your job duties.

In terms of caps, 2174 is the hottest. 2173 and 2171 are also hot, but 2172 is Super cool.

Yes. Basically, you need to mention date From - To pertaining to status as "H1-B worker".
Don't worry. You will get a chance to include everything in Background Declaration Form IMM5669

If you are claiming 5 points for spouse, you need IELTS
