It means that the ECA report lost, or your education credential is not equiv. as they require for you NOC code. Before re-apply go through the guide 7000 and ensure that you are on right track. You may send salary stub but need not to send form-16 or IT returns. GOOD LUCK.

I think you sent only wes evaluation and they need beside that copy of your original education certificates

Hello all the expert here,

I wanted to apply for Canada Immigration under federal skill program.But I have started the process very late.

I am still at stage where I have applied for Certificate Evaludation(WES) and waiting for my IELTS score.

I have NOT applied for PCC yet.

My question:
1. Is it too late now? since last date is 31 December.
2. How long will it take if I apply for PCC from indian consulate(Chicago)
3. How long will it take for Police Clearance from USA?

I would really appreciate if the experts can respong to my questions.

I am a 6th June applicant for NOC 1123 from delhi only.

Did you receive any prior communication via email for a missing document or they just returned the application package ?

Was this stated on your cover letter that you have not sent the requested document ?

I have received nothing as of yet, no CC charge nothing, i am wondering if they have returned mine too ? Are you reapplying now ?

Application received by CIC : 5th may 2014
payment deducted on 2nd june 2014
PER received 16 june 2014.

I have applied from ahmedabad, India.

I have not received any communication from CIC after this. weather my file transferred to delhi or not.... nothing received.

I can see in your speradsheet most of the people applied on 1 to5 got their medical. any possibility of something wrong went to my application.

What the heck are you talking about?

He clearly mentioned that he had sent only the ECA report without copies of diploma and marksheet. IRPA 10 rejected.

I had sent the ECA report. Can you tell me what is "completed foreign education credential".

Moreover I am thinking to re-apply.

Also tell whether I need to send my salary slip, Form 16 and ITR along with the application.

Kindly suggest.

I think you have not provided your Certificates/Transcripts/Marksheet along the ECA report.
I was just doing the same mistake with my app package. and this forum help me to sort out that mistake.

As your NOC is not that hot. i think you can make with reapply. best of luck.

i think you have't sent copies of degree/diploma certificates alongwith original ECA report.It is clearly mentioned in Documnet checlist(S no 13).

pls include and resend.

I have seen that some NOC cap is going to filled very soon and some have still hope for few more month but among them NOC 1113 is only one CAP update from CIC with 0 applicant.. every week i wait to see it but give same outcome. this is making me surprised.. because from spreadsheet we can see one guys with same NOC has already got his MR request and last week i also got PER mail on same NOC..

Any idea friends how CIC is doing with this NOC??

degree certificate and mark sheets of your qualification for which you have take ECA

Do not need to send any thing which they havn't asked for.....
