My Application reached on 16th July.. I don't think I will make the list. Express Entry won't work for me as I don't have a job offer.. Im shattered.. :'(

last year with cap limit of just 300......I was left out cos my app was reached on 17 july...........this year even though cap limit is more than 3 times of what it was last year.........still it will get filled quickly......I wish u all the best......but as it is inevitable, u should try some other noc quickly.....2172 has chance.........if u r married and wife can apply as primary applicant in any other noc then apply on that basis.

yes there are hard things in express entry and it would stop many applicants to get Canadian pr which they would have achieve if fswp remains intact. so I personally hate express entry......its like a chance game.......better go for other options under fswp2014.....don't waste time.

Hi,

Can someone please clarify me on the below

1) Since 2010, I have travelled four times to US through Business Visa. Every time I have stayed there 2 months. Do i need to fill those details for Question 12 in Generic application form even though i have not stayed more than 6 months in any of my travel. If we need to fill, How to mention details of all my four travels as they provided only two rows. I have filled details related to all the four travels in Travel History form but not in Generic application form Question 12
2) Do i need to provide addresses where i stayed during my visits in background declaration form even though i stayed only for 2 months.
3) I am not able to save the details in IMM 5562 - Travel History form, Please provide details on the procedure to save those details in PDF.

firstly don't mind but their is nothing like business visa on which visa you travelled? B1/B2 or L1/L2 or the h category, anyhow you will have to mention all add an annexure attachment when you print them. good luck ;D ;D

Hi Guys,
I just received PER. (NOC 4011). Date application received: 6 June
My DD was encashed on 25 SEP.
Date PER received: 4 OCT

I just asked my bank yesterday if my DD has been encashed yet, they said NO. But in my PER, CIC said already encashed my DD on 25 SEP.
So sometimes bank does not give us a correct answer whether DD is encashed or not
I don't know how to put my application information into our spreadsheet. But I will try to do that tomorrow.


Here are my basic application information:
University lecturer (NOC 4011)
28 years old.
Experience: 3+years
Education: Master degree in Finance (in Australia)
IETLS: 8.5 Reading; 8.0 Listening; 7.0 Writing; 7.0 Speaking
Spouse: Yes, IELTS 7.0

I did send my PCC (from Victoria, Australia), and I did send my driving record too because I think they want this (if you lived in Victoria, Australia before). I remember sb asked about this before, and sb later says no need to sent it, but i dont think so. Here is why: (I copied from CIC):
"IMPORTANT AND MANDATORY: Additional requirements apply for those who lived in or currently live in the States of Queensland and/or Victoria after their 18th birthday:

Residents of Queensland must submit a Traffic History which goes back to their 18th birthday or the day on which their first Australian driver's licence was issued.
Residents of Victoria must submit a Licence History Search which goes back to their 18th birthday or the day on which their first Australian driver's licence was issued.
Applicants who are unable to provide a Traffic History or a Licence History Search must provide evidence, issued by the Queensland and/or Victoria roads authority, stating that the person has never held a driver's licence in that state.

Which Australian police clearances are not acceptable?

Photocopies of a clearance
Certificates issued by the state police authority
Certificates issued on the basis of a “Complete Disclosure”
Any certificate, if it is not accompanied by a Traffic History Report(s) if the applicant, while over 18 years of age, lived in Queensland and/or Victoria

Now pls confirm how do I check my status in ECAS because I have attempted 2 times and it is showing invalid. Whereas I am submitting like this: identification type: UCI--> Application No. As given by CIC. Surname: Blank(as per my passport it is blank), DOB, Place of birth.

Pls correct/guide.

Hi

I'm 30 may applicant
CC charged on september 19th
and no PER yet.

I have a UCI and my status is “in process” .

I'm confused, Because many June applicants who got their CC charged after me received their PER. what does it mean ?

please advise
