My Application reached on 16th July.. I don't think I will make the list. Express Entry won't work for me as I don't have a job offer.. Im shattered.. :'(

I agree that you should not lose hope until caps are full! Also about xpress entry, i understand you do not need a job offer, you just nominate yourself and hope that a Canadian employeer gives you a job offer, then you apply for PR. Keep up optimism, there are many ways to make our dreams true!

2nd and 3rd week of June applicants are currently under consideration,
So you can expect the good news anytime.... 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
But make sure you let your CC company
know about your transaction... I had to call my CC company like 5 times to make sure the transaction would not fail..
I dont think you need to do that. I read on this forum that CIO can charge cc and dc without any problem.

Can my fellow forumites share the diffrnt reasons for NDVO to reject the FSWP 14 application ?

Welcome to the forum. The seniors here are very deep in their understanding of the FSW process, and I think you can get benefited by scrolling through the old posts..particularly of Ashif, Canol, Century, Diplomatru, dmitrych, GSW, nishesh3003, palakpatel911, saps etc.

Most importantly go through the excel sheet...filter the column AU on first sheet for Application Status as "Returned/Rejected", for common pitfalls..All the best!

Oh I wish my posts were/ are helpful for anyone ;)

Thanks for giving such a honour ( i hope u dint get -1s for including my name in this prestigious list ;)) lol

My bank actually declined the transaction the first time CIC attempted to charge my CC, suspecting fraud. I had to call my bank and gave instructions to allow the charge when it comes again.

Hi,

Can someone please clarify me on the below

1) Since 2010, I have travelled four times to US through Business Visa. Every time I have stayed there 2 months. Do i need to fill those details for Question 12 in Generic application form even though i have not stayed more than 6 months in any of my travel. If we need to fill, How to mention details of all my four travels as they provided only two rows. I have filled details related to all the four travels in Travel History form but not in Generic application form Question 12
2) Do i need to provide addresses where i stayed during my visits in background declaration form even though i stayed only for 2 months.
3) I am not able to save the details in IMM 5562 - Travel History form, Please provide details on the procedure to save those details in PDF.

Regards,
Teja

HI,
I am planning to apply for FSW and need help in calculation of my points is correct or not. Please let me know

Education - 4 years bachelors degree -- 21 Points
CELPIP Test score-- L-10, R-12, W-8,S-8 -- 22 Points
Age (37) -- 10 Points
Work Experience (>12yrs) -- 15 Points

Total it will come to 68 Points. Is my calculation correct and do i qualify to apply under FSW.

Also i have a question
1) I don't have birth certificate, Does getting affidavit from Canada attorney will work (Currently working in Canada)
2) In India, earlier in marks sheet & degree certificates, they used to mention only First Name and initials of last name. I too have name in marks sheet with First Name and Initials of Last Name, but in Passport i have both first and last name. While getting ECA from WES, i need to fill the First & Last name.
a) Do i need to fill both first & last name in WES form online
b) Does it cause any problem for education evaluation by WES, as Marks sheet has only initials of Last Name and WES form filled online having both First and Last Name. If yes, how can i get this problem resolved
3) Also if anyone has experience letter format please do share, as my company won't give experience letter

Please let me know

Hi Guyss... anyone from India who has sent his/her MR and RPRF & PCC to New delhi... although my question might sound silly can you share you sent these 3 docs to NDVO .. how much time u took and i have question about Rprf fees when u paid that online do u need to mention India or canada?
i knw very silly ... :-(
