It means CIO is processing for PER. After PER, it will be sent to VO.

Folks,
My ECAS status says In Process. When I click the link on In Process then I get to see the message that says" we have received your application on XXX:

Then I went to this link:

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_perm_wrkr&lang=en&app=ecas

and In Process here means:

"Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun."

Does this mean that the application has already been sent to VO.

It's mandatory if one is applying with spouse. Absolutely no chance of PER without the MC in that case.

I doubted whether I sent it or not..

Occupation: What you wrote in Generic form and Sch 3. For most of cases, Profession = Occupation. So if you write your occupation is Software Programming and Development, it is perfectly alright.

Thank you very much for your quick and expert opinion.

But my confusion is that , in the same form I have received from LVO there is one question:

Q: What is your Occupation?

and after few questions down to the page in the form the question is :

Q: What is your profession and specialization (if any)?

Now, if I will write "software Programmer & Developer" as profession and "Software programming" as "Specialization", then what I will write in Occupation?

the form and the questions in the form are very tricky and confusing :'( :'( :'(

please help and advise more.

How are the IELTS result sent home.. Private courier or local post?

I am asking because I need to know if there is a chance that it can be delivered on a Sunday?? Just waiting for the results to reach home and then send them on Canadian journey along with my app..

Well it depends on the city in which you had taken the IELTS test and office responsible for conducting the exam in that city. For example in my case, when I took test from BC in Punjab, India for which BC Delhi office was responsible, I got result in 2 days via courier but later I took exam in Bangalore for which responsible office was BC Chennai, they used Indian post and it took 7 days to get the result delivered to Delhi.

PLZ SHARE IF ANYONE GOT PER WITHOUT MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.

marriage certificate is a mandatory document so PER is not possible without it if you are married.

However, I remember someone from the forum who had just sent a marriage affidavit only and got PER. If you want you can search for it on this thread.

That's wonderful man, congrats! +1 for sharing and updating spreadsheet. I like how the entries in the SS for our VO turning at least green little by little. It's just a matter of time before you should be getting MR & RPRF. But enjoy the relief that comes from getting PER in the interim.
