Need your expert advise please.

My first job experience matches 2281 and my second job experience matches 2171. Both have sufficient numbers of years of experience.

For 2281 (My job title + JD matches) , for 2171 ( JD matches but not the title)

For 2281 ( Reference Letter+JD from HR and Line Manager), for 2171 (Reference Letter+JD from HR Only as Line manager not providing reference letter)

Qualification is Masters (ECA)

1. So please tell for which NOC I should apply?Title does not matter . You can apply for any one of the two as you mentioned. Or even lodge two complete applications
2. Does Education has impact on NOC selection? Education has no impact on NOC selection.

Hi,

ME and my wife don't have birth certificate.. For myself I have provided tenth marksheet and affidavit from parents.. Is that enough?

For my wife I have only provided tenth marksheet.. Should I provide the affidavit for her as well??

I will be able to send my application on Monday.. This is urgent.. Pls suggest asap

Affidavit + Tenth mark sheet ( containing full name , DOB, Parents name) would be preferable to send for your spouse in lieu of Birth Certificate

Hi Seniors,

I have applied for NOC 2174 and my application reached at CIO on 6th June. But unfortunately, I have not received anything from their side . I have paid through DD , but still don't know whether my dd is encashed or not. Any body is there with the same situation ?

Having hard time , kindly suggest what could be next step !!!

You will be asked to withdraw one later

AOR: Acknowledgment of Receipt. After issuing PER, CIO sends application package to local VO. After receiving the package, some VOs like SGVO confirm the applicants of receiving it.

Local VO started processing : It is an ECAS status. When VO starts on a application, it updates it in the system.

Out of curiosity I have sent an email to CIC sydney search enquiry.

I got an automated reply : :

Yes its normal. You will hear in the next 30-45 working days.

Most probably you will get AOR from SGVO two months after getting PER e-mail

Job titles don't matter as long as substantial number of duties are matching

This is not right , why he mentioned his mail id ?

You did not know this while filling the application?

This is how it normally goes with Consultants.When you fill a form of Using a representative they generally fill their own e-mail ID in there.Mine as well applied through a consultant and they mentioned their address as correspondence address on that form and their e-mail ID for further communication.And somehow I believe this how it is expected to be as when you hire a representative they will be handling all your cases proceedings.

My friend & I both applied for NOC 2174 using the same Credit Card, our files were received on July 9, the card was charged only once on September 25, I contacted the bank, there was no other attempt. We have not received PER, NER or anything, I'm going nuts. What do you think it is? We have both sent email to CIO too, still nothing...
