Same here. My duplicate report got sent only on Sept 29 (email confirmation from WES). I have a couple of weeks more to wait since you haven't yet heard from them. When was your card charged? BTW my NOC is the same as yours.

Did you check your spam folder. Sometimes mails from CIC are received in SPAM. Also, have you tried calling or mailing CIC to know the status of your application??

1. that depends on VO as well (so far NDVO has not issued visa this year/cap)
2. its all bunch of multiple caps, you can check in SS

in one of the thred I am seeing people are saying NOC 2174 is capped, however as per CIC site last updated 30-sep-2014, I see 778 applciations are sent PER , please calrify should I believe wht I saw in thread here.

I suggest not to send any documents in India speed post due to the below reasons

- tracking is there but a slow motion updates
- you will be in full tension till it reach there
- no ways to get a support from customer care
Money is less but no speed
- minimum it will take 2-3 weeks.
I suggest you to go with FedEx

Yes Its true, speed post should be renamed as speedless post.
YES, I TOO SUGGEST TO SEND YOUR APPLICATION THROUGH FEDEX, IT'S CHARGES SOME BIT HIGH BUT THEY DELIVER WITHIN 3-4 DAYS.

Thread means that NOC2174 is capped by now ... as of today's received date. CIC is talking about applications from processing side ... thats 778 applications till 8th June. .... I'm expecting 2174 to be capped around mid july applications ....
