I just hope they accept a-2-year college lecturer...that will help me to get more points on experience. I taught at a university and a college...

It takes 30-40 days to get response.

NOC 4011 is for university professor and lecturer. If your college is affiliated with university, in that case, they may accept it.

You said you taught at university - so just show one year teaching experiences at university - that will serve the purpose.

Could you tell me if you sent other documents like work contract with your first application to cover the lack of details in the reference letter?
I have a similar problem as I couldn't get the experience letter in the required format, but I wrote a cover letter explaining that all required details are mentioned in the work contract and attached a copy of it with the application.
Based on your experience, do you think what I did will work?
I hope you success in the second application.

Yes I sent other docs (employment letter, pay slips, ) together with the reference letter which only contained current job title and salary with any job duties or descriptions. I also attached my CV but they never seemed to have taken a look.
The rejection letter stated that all docs sent were considered but the letter from my company lacked all the details needed to enable them decide my suitability for the NOC chosen.
I cannot really tell if what you sent will work or not. But they strongly need a letter with all the required details on company letterhead. That is the one you can be sure of. Other exceptions only depend on them. Some forumites have said a letter on plain sheet signed by your Manager or Supervisor may equally work.
