Are we able to access the ECAS as soon as we get our PER ?

It depends, some were able to access ECAS before or after PER. Some experienced technical problems which prompt them to contact CIO thru CSE.

Century Bro. This is payment receipt pdf that gets generated automatically when you make RPRF using credit card. If I can describe this payment receipt PDF better, it has receipt number (R34934..) printed at the top. At the center there is a table wiht following fields (Name, DOB, Client Id, Address, postal code, Area Code, Telephone No). Of all these fields, only name is pre-populated. so when you enter credit card details while making payment, you have to enter name as printed on the card, expiry date and CVV number. When you click submit, ( and if the payment is successfully accepted obviously) This name that you just entered on the payment page, is picked up and pre-populated on the payment receipt pdf that is generated for you.

I think they expect primary applicant to always make payment. In my case, I have used my spouse credit card, so his name is pre-populated in the name field (in RPRF payment receipt pdf). Hence the confusion, whether to fill in other fields (DOB, Client Id) of spouse or of the primary applicant..

I hope I am being able to explain this better now.

No experience on this. But logically it should be Principal Applicant UCI number and DOB.

Can you pls share the form so that can give more thoughtful answer?

The RPRF fee receipt acknowledge form prints name of the credit card holder on it, that was used for making payment.
Now, if you have paid fees using Spouse credit card, who is also a dependant on your application, Should you be mentioning Date of birth and UCI number of Spouse to match the name that automatically got printed, or Should you mention Principal Applicant UCI number and DOB..?

Looking at past few months data, you can observe that the May applicants took more than 4 months. May 1st applicant started getting PER on May 27th (and near by days), May 30th-31st applicant got their
PER on Sep 24th.

June applicants, i.e. 1st or 2nd applicant started getting thier PER on Sep 24th. June 6th applicants started getting their PER from Oct 1st. This shows that the number of applicants are way less comapared to
May month.

Looking at the weekly average of update on CIC it is almost 25 PER's for NOC 2132, Even if we take average of 50 applicants got their PER per week(worst case). I think by the time June applicants are completed, CAP may reach 500. So, applicants of 2 months(May and June) filled CAP by 500, rest 500 will be filled by more than 2 months of applications, I mean July, August and Sep applicants as numbers of applications are dropping.

BTW, I am August 28th applicant. I am confident that i am in the race. So chill out dude...

Have you tried to contact CIO? You should be concerned for your valuable documents because there is a possibility that CIO has returned your app and it's lost in transit. Send them an email every week, explain everything in the email, keep sending email until you get a response.
