Experts need advice.
We are done with medical and RPRF (letter sent to NDVO on 23 Sept).
Problem is I am moving out of India, going to US in October last week. So my passport would not be available for stamping.
I am dependent and my family will stay in India for next few months.
Please let me know the procedure so that I get my passport stamped in US.

Thanks

Hi gsandhu14,

While I am not an expert in this matter, I was reading on FSW13 forum that there were many such cases. What most of them suggested is to write to NDVO as soon as your move to US is confirmed explaining your situation (inability to send passport for stamping when requested) and asking them to transfer your stamping to CPC-Ottawa. NDVO usually responds in 20-25 days and has transferred many such cases in the past.

Let me know if you get any response from NDVO as I may also face a similar situation going forward.

All the best!

App received: June 5
CC charged: Sept 24
PER received: Oct 1st

Join me to thank most high God, and thanks all those with helpful contributions to the forum. God bless u all.

PS: SS updated accordingly.
I thank God for you. Congrats!

Not many CC charged these days :( I was hoping they will pick up speed :)

Congrats to those who got their PER and app fee charged.

Did anyone from 16th June app file date got charged?

Hi Everyone! I have one more question for the seniors on the community. What are the chances of getting a PR Visa once you receive your PER?

Since that CAP of the Top 5 NOCs are filling up fast, can anyone start a thread dedicated for the predictions (of course excluding the SS prediction) of forums members especially the seniors on when the top 5 NOCs will be filled up? This should include the assumptions. Let us see who will have the closest prediction. This will also help forum members to analyze each predictions so that they can decide for themselves if they should still submit or wait for Express Entry.

how much should she score in each component ??

pls advice...

Primary applicant: Min 6 points in each.
Spouse: 5 points in each band.

You get more points for higher score.

Hi Experts

I want to know about my points in experience. I am working as a software engineer in an MNC.
My total experience is of 4 years. I have worked for 2 companies, With one company I had 3 years and 5 months experience and 7 months with the company I am currently with.

Please let me know Will my experience be considered as 4 years or 3 years.

Consultants are saying your experience will be counted as 3 years not 4.
Thanks in advance!

Hey Friends,

Joined this fourm today !!
Application recd date : 28th may
NOC 3142
PER : Not recd so far ..

Cant say about any problem, all I could figure is that we have shown Fixed Deposit as POF. FD got mature on 18th sept and funds came in normal account, seems 15th - 20th sept were those dates when "28th may" applications were screened. Seems Sheer Bad Luck, if this is the reason for rejection.
Didnt got application back as yet !!!!

As long as you can provide employment references like job descriptions for both companies it will be counted as work experience
