Experts need advice.
We are done with medical and RPRF (letter sent to NDVO on 23 Sept).
Problem is I am moving out of India, going to US in October last week. So my passport would not be available for stamping.
I am dependent and my family will stay in India for next few months.
Please let me know the procedure so that I get my passport stamped in US.

Hi,

I have applied for FSW 2014 and the application was recived by CIO on June 18 , Below are some of my quieries.

1.What are the Differnent stages in FSW process? and under which all stages money is required. Also what is the average time duration in each of this stages.
2.How will one know whether the DD is encashed , do we get a email from CIO about it?
3.Also can you tell me under which NOC will the Software tester (QA - Manual/automation/Performance) fall , would NOC 2171 fit?
Also i Have 7+ experience in QA with Master's degree in Computer Science

Hello,

I have a question on behalf of my friend.

Is ielts mandate for spouse?

My friend and his wife are applying under fsw. Husband is the primary applicant and crosses 67 points without spouse ielts. Can someone answer this ?

Spouse with IELTS passed gets 5 points, if you already have 67 points GOOD, but what is the harm in getting extra 5 points it is not like the spouse has to get very high scores.

Just curious, what if the bank still declines the payment for some reason? Does the application get rejected?

Yes. The app gets rejected.

There is no need of Spouse'S IELTS score if your friend is scoring more than 67. If he is quite sure his score will be more than 67. I will suggest apply as soon as possible .
if principle applicant is scoring less than 67 then he or she can use his or her spouse IELTS score to get 5 points.

1. if this is the address where we need to send PCC and RPRF fee to NDVO

You will get all the information in the email from your VO. Have you got the email for MR and PCC, RPRF

Thanks for the reply respected member he ask me to send him scan documents for file number along with CAD 200 lat week now he is asking me to do IELTS and arrange police certificate within 60 days after he sent me some kind of file number but the email he sent me yesterday is full of doubts its looking fake there is nothing official in that email thats why I am taking your help to recognize things.

That CFN number could be his internal file tracking number...

Hi all! Things are getting confused.. My dd has got a stamp stating valid for 3 months. It's from Icici bank.. Most of the dd are encasshed in almost 3.5 - 4 months..
Bank people are saying that international dd are valid for 6 months.
Spice recvd back his file stating the reason that your dd is staledated..
Now what is the actual situation? Will my dd be charged or ...
How old is staledated dd for them?
Application sent on 25 June and dd still stands uncharged..
Plz advice....

I had earlier informed the forum that my application of 8th May was returned due to insufficient details in job reference letter.
I succeeded in getting my company HR to give me the letter in the correct format after getting my Manager to approve the duties and responsibilities I drafted to align with the NOC template.
New application was delivered yesterday Oct 2nd at 10:38 am, received by M. KRSZWDA.
With the reducing rate in applications received, I believe my application will still meet up before the cap for NOC 2132 is reached. At least, I am very sure the reason for initial rejection has been fully taken care of.
I patiently look forward as I follow CC/DD cashments, PER, MR & PR mails of others.
