Just note that:
1. Principal applicant need to land first or together with dependent;
2. Visa validity is 1 year; by this one year, your spouse need to land there;
3. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get PR once landed; after getting the PR card, your wife can return and the join again in 2016.

I got affidavits dated june 2014 for fswp-14. Can i use same affidavits dated jun-14 for express entry 2015?
Can anybody let mw know what is the validity of affiadavits in india?

No - that you cannot be sure. You don't know the order of how they check the items. But, from experience, they usually check for/take payment first.

So in your situation - there is a chance that they haven't looked at rest of the application except for payment.

Also - UCI is given when everything is completed - and in your case, it's not completed.
