Sorry for sounding ignorant, but what is SS?

SS is spreadsheet. Our esteemed forum members (only few of them like century, oscar etc..) maintain this sheet to track the applications sent to CIC. Our honourable members voluntarily update the sheet with their details so that we can better understand and estimate the cap counts, expected charge times and other important information.

Welcome to the forum. The seniors here are very deep in their understanding of the FSW process, and I think you can get benefited by scrolling through the old posts..particularly of Ashif, Canol, Century, Diplomatru, dmitrych, GSW, nishesh3003, palakpatel911, saps etc.

Most importantly go through the excel sheet...filter the column AU on first sheet for Application Status as "Returned/Rejected", for common pitfalls..All the best!

They were supposed to answer to your email by now. Considering they received it August 20.

i think i should wait till end of october by this time i will either received the rejected application or my card will be charged......

Thanks for the reply respected member he ask me to send him scan documents for file number along with CAD 200 lat week now he is asking me to do IELTS and arrange police certificate within 60 days after he sent me some kind of file number but the email he sent me yesterday is full of doubts its looking fake there is nothing official in that email thats why I am taking your help to recognize things.

Yes, the consultant you approached is faking and cheated you.
1) To Apply for FSW 2014 the following are prerequisites without which one cannot apply for FSW;
• Check if you fall in the official NOC list provided for FSW 2014
• IELTS (Minimum 6 in all 4 modules)
• WES validation of your education

2) Then go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp and as per the checklist provided you need to fill in the documents accordingly. Also need to sign in some documents as some of our forum member rightly said.

*I suggest you to take help from this forum so that you will be guided in a right path.

*Updated Note: If you are saying $200 for assessment, that’s insane. Even the best Canadian registered consultant in the world will not charge that much and will be shell shocked to see that this much amount is been charged for assessment. Hope you should have at least gave a thought before processing the money. Assessment fee would be always.

Hello guys,

Can i use my brother CC as my brother lived in Canada and he is using Canadian Bank CC my question are as follows

1- Is there impact on my Application as i m using brother's money not mine?

2- What if i can buy new CC of my own name is this better options as Pakistan Bank CC always refuse international transaction as Fraudulent Transaction until you inform the bank first?
