Hello Friends please suggest regarding the Eligibility for 2172

I want to know that if only Job Duties of Data Administrator is done by the applicant Thus he is eligible to apply under 2172 NOC Database Analyst and Data Administrator.

Please help Guys. As Only half of the duties are performed and not complete so quite confused for this.

I think you have a chance, I'm a June 02 applicant and I got PER 24th Sept, you may do the math.

My application has received by D.Lewis on 25th August for NOC 2173
As of now the cap reached 392,
As per SS, and from somewhere in FSW2014 forum I came to know that CIC has completed completeness check of July applicants,
Could you tell me , when would my application go through this process and when would I get PER?
Would I be make in it?

I just got my 2 original WES reports with everything in order. This is super fast. WES confirmed the receipt of all my documents on Sept 26th and schedule my evaluation completion on 10/24. 09/30 they said my evaluation was complete and that they'd send my report back by day end. A little more than 2 days and I received them via USP.

One more query....If spouse is not travelling because of his work contract for 3 years ending nov 2016...can he still write ielts to add points to principal applicant?

if he is not applying for the PR as dependant, then NO.

Otherwise, 100% if he also can apply as traveling dependent, and join you after his work contract, assuming you get your PR and decide to move immediately. The cost of his application and RPRF would be the factor to consider additionally..but I think it is worth it, as you have the flexibility to get him once you move there anytime. All the best!

Great..yes, my friend got his WES report last week...I had told him be prepared for a month delay as he applied mid september..and he got it in 10 DAYS! WES also surprises..maybe got the stick from CIC !

Yes that's why I am afraid he told me that you need at least 6.0 bands to score and your wife needs minimum bands to secure 5 points, but he is asking me to pay him again $200 each for me and my wife to submit IELTS and police certificate to full fill my application further I don't know what is that file number for I think I am being scammed by that jerk.

you are miss guided by some one.cic is currently working on june15th applications. Your turn will come in December.
