My application received to CIC on 01st Oct, am applied for NOC 2173.

Current CAP is 392..Will i be in the CAP now???.

Looking forward for your replies...

Seniors, pls respond if any one aware of cases of "same application and multiple NOCs". Are these getting rejected?

How did you specify multiple NOCs in your application? I mean, which application form?

Yaar I just feel drained since I had applied last year and the cap was closed .....applied this year and they said cheque is stale dated I just feel it's probably not for me

Bro, no DD has an initial limit for one year, the limit for any DD is maximum six months, if it is not drawn by this time than you or your bank need to re validate your DD to extend it for more six months. May be you missed this point or your bank dint made you aware of this. But still i repeat my words you have a very good chance, trust me noc 2131 will last till october end. Give one last try, god willing you will succeed this time. Any thing ask on this forum, sometimes forumites gets annoyed answering the same repeated questions, but still they answer out of good courtesy.

You can attach a copy of your labor card along with visa on passport to show them that particular employer has hired you and you are authorized to work. I believe you are also attaching latest pay slips, offer letter and bank statements showing your salary being deposited. those are enough proof that you are legally allowed to work. Ultimately, Canadian immigration must have an idea about this as many applicants in past must have applied just like you.

Yes I did attach all these documents but my consultant is clueless and they dont want to take a risk as I am resubmitting after my application was rejected due to not sending Original Birth Certificates.

I am afraid, this status mean your application has been refused!

I know you'd disagree with this answer, your app's PPR is in process and the decision has been made so you know that you got the visa and asking this question just to "feel good by hearing it from someone else"!

My credit card was charged yesterday for NOC Category 1112!

I am from India. Can anyone please detail the further steps. As in, how much time does it take to receive PER?

Not true
If he got this status of decision made after submitting passport, it means he got visa
