Apply as early as possible, you have not only got a good chance but a very good chance,, 2131 as of end of may is 173 (No one is dam sure about this number whether it is completed applications or per issued),for June and July the numbers might go down ,this NOC will surely go till the end of October. Don't panic, just re apply with a new DD. You have nothing to loose buddy, believe me you will be in the cap. This NOC is not that hot as you are thinking. Good Luck...

If the current speed is any indication you should receive a PER email (if you've provided email address) in about a week max.

Good Luck thru the rest of the process.

Hi All,

I am applying from Dubai. If any applicant applying from Dubai please advise me.

As you may know I am working under my husbands visa which states "housewife, not allowed to work" however the law states that if your husband provides a no objection letter you are allowed to work with a work permit provided by the employer.

How can I explain this to CIC when submitting my work experience from Dubai.

PLEASE ADVISE ASAP !

No need to give your fathers letter now. You can produce it if asked later. The money anyways needs to be in your name.

And I assume you have UCI allocated with a previous application with CIC, right?
If that is the case, you may have to wait one week for ECAS to get updated. This system is sloppy and outdated.

No i got UCI in PER mail of this application.

For all those discussions we had about the last date to submit under FSWP - 2014, here is an update. Below is the excerpt from the newsletter form Attorney David Cohen.
"The current application cycle for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), which opened in May, 2014, will finish at the end of this year. With just three months remaining in 2014, potential candidates have a limited window of opportunity to apply for this program. Successful applicants will gain Canadian permanent residence."
