Hi ,

I hope if someone can guide to find me status of my application .
I'm applicant of 16th may 2014 for 2132 category from india .

I have not received any information related my application nor does my application kit has been send back if i suppose its rejected.

Have wrote email to CIC to ask about it they never responded anything on it .

Can anyone suggest how to find my application status or only option is to wait patiently further more

We all your documents in order because all 16th of May applicants have recd file number by first week of September. Was your WES ok have you checked and above all have u filed yourself or you have used an agent.

It is mentioned on the CIC site that atleast 1 year experience is required for eligibility to apply -

"at least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience "

So filling less than 1 year experience in form would not be accepted by CIC

That's true with regard to meeting the minimum eligibility requirement, but work experiences of less than a year can be counted for points toward the pass mark.

If the experience is less than a year, just click a year.

Hello;

I did not receive ECA report through regular post, so after waiting for more than 6 weeks I applied for duplicate ECA report through courier delivery. Today i just received the package containing only one report and mentioning on it that my other report has been sent to CIC. Now i am confused what to do, as i am supposed to submit ECA report along with my application. I dont know why WES has sent ECA report directly to CIC?

Is it not necessary to send sealed ECA report to CIC? As in the first package from WES, which is still undelivered, there were two reports. One for me and one for CIC. But today the package received through courier contained only one report for myself and i have opened the envelope.
Should i send the same unsealed report? or i need to apply for another duplicate sealed report? Please guide.

I just saw my staus on ECAS and it mentioned that - We received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2014. Whats that means?

My mode of payment is DD and I have no idea whether DD is encased or or??

I m worried now...

If your are promising something, it is called affidavit which in subcontinent law need to be done in stamp paper.

Notarization means get it notarize from notary public - for example they write attestation and sign it with their seal and add a red round paper and get the red paper embossed. Just think how you notarize a certificate.

As per my opinion, WES means to say that your report is available to be seen by CIC (online).

As you had ordered only one duplicate copy, that's why, they sent just one copy. You can send this original ECA report to CIC along with full application package. It needs not to be sealed.

If you know your UCI number from any of the previous visa applications/visas issued, then you can check your ECAS

I applied by myself. I have just realized that I missed inserting my national ID's in the application.
Should I reapply? Will they cancel the payment for the first application?
My NOC has 304 complete applications. Shall I reapply?

I think you should contact NDVO, not CIC

The reason I called CIC was - I don't even know if my file was ever transferred.
