If your CC is not yet charged then its a clear indication that your app has been returned. You might want to apply again asap.

Yes! It seems that one of the staff had their birthday, invited me too, but could not go. But, all the CIC staff went. They told me they will do the update today.

I am from Turkey and my visa office is Paris too (/Ankara). I have already done my medicals and sent the rprf receipt to Paris vo via email.
Right now, my ECAS only shows the second line as "Medical results have been received".

I have sent some emails tp Paris VO to get the status update of my application but no response reveived for weeks.

Alhamdulillah by the grace of the Almighty I have received my PER mail yesterday...

App received: 4th June 14
DD charged: 22nd September 14 (my bank (HDFC) failed to inform about it the encashment)
PER received: 29th September 14

how did you pay rprf? by credit card? online payment didn't work for me so I had to take the bank transfer road.
if you paid by CC, VO accepts online proof. Do you have any information about the other way?

I paid by CC and send the CC receipt via email as per their request ( I asked them how to send it before I pay)

Manthansk - please elaborate on the duplicate WES report submission? what exactly did you submit? was it an electronic report submitted directly by WES to CIC? just asking coz I have a similar situation

i received the mail from wes
the detail is like

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES's online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.

so i paid the extra fees and send the report again and in that they stated that cic can online view ur report

after that no reply from them

i sent it on 12 th sep

Does anyone have experience about ICAS?
On 2014/09/16 they wrote in the site: "report sent by courier", but unfortunately I haven't received the report yet.
Does anybody guess how long does it takes to reach the report to Iran?
and, Do they send assessment by express courier or general courier?
