I believe I was wrong about Punjab2Canada's DD encashment

Called the branch again. Told me that they are still waiting for the email response from the concerned department. I'm also waiting for the same (sent a separate email to support on Saturday).

By the way, I was under the impression that ECAS status is updated only after the payment charge, so my DD should have been cleared before that update (Sunday)?

There is absolutely no doubt that your DD has been encashed. For CIO, there is no discrimination between CC and DD. If CC of certain day charged, DD also has been charged for that day.

The issue is the timing only. It takes time to know the local back around 3 to 15 days that the foreign bank has encashed.

Has anyone from NDVO received PPR after sending their medicals ? My consultant says that one should get the PPR in 10 days to 1 month max after they receive the medical results and fees. Is this true ? FYI, I am done with my medicals, will be dispatching the medical acknowledgement and DD for RPRF tomorrow.

Hi Rajan, I dont think any one got PPR as of now ...i think you should always contact your bank if your DD has been encashed , this would be only way to know progress on your application else keep an eye on Ecas...

Seniors Urgent Query.

i tried to Pay RPRF fees throught online thru the below link

when i just give total number of application as 1 it asked me to register. i gave my mail id and password, then it directly went to payment page which asked to fill bank details. finally when i click pay it gave me a receipt with a reference number and only thing i can find in that receipt is my name with amount. no address or UCI details. is this common or did i missed up anything. Please give me the suggestion

This is common , You need to fill D.o.B and UCI number along with your address in this bar coded receipt print out.Payment is must for every adult on your file @ 490 cad per person.Fill all info and send it to your VO along with PCC (if not sent earlier) and Medicals documents...wish u good luck for next stage.

then what in case of mine?
I am daily following up with bank, and they are responding daily that DD still not encashed.
I am waiting for today's response.
