i have sent my application on 18 june 2014 and it was received on 23 june 2014.

i have done masters in computer applications and i have 5 years of exp of an mnc as a software engineer..applied under 2173.

i have sent all the original docs.. original wes report of asessment to nova scotia sydney canada.

i have got ilets bands: speaking:8 writing: 7.5 listening: 7 reading 7

they hve aalso mentioned that you need to take up the test after may 2013. i have taken the test on may 2014.

all the reasons mentioned bythem are invalid... this is really not a fair game...

why have rejected my application.. please guide me where i can raise my voice for this injustice done.

At least three people here have suggested that you should start with posting CIO letter. If you are unable to do it, I doubt that anyone would assume responsibility for speculating about your course of action.

Kiran,

In the absence of the copy of letter from CIC the forum would find it very difficult to help you.
We all are facing a challenge understanding the exact reason that was highlighted by CIC.

In the past also, similar cases have been found where exact reason was only understood post senior forum members having a look at the scanned image of CIC refusal letter so I can assure you that it will help you a lot too.

Can you scan both letter of rejection and your ECA? It'll be way more helpful.

From what I can understand from kirans message his job responsibilities are not matching with NOC... He is not clear of his stand

No...guess was only that completeness check would have been done for June applicants...not the charging
Even few may applicants are being charged now...

That makes sense. I'd also like to know is there any additional proceedings that I need to do? For example, after I get my new passport issued, do I need to write to VO or CIO in Sydney to inform them about my passport or do I simply have to wait until they request passport?
