I applied in that period... currently apps of 1st & 2nd week are charging.... after that PER & File number.. So few more days to wait for 23rd June charging & then File No.....

Hi Guys,

Can the seniors help me out with the RPRF fees. In the CIC website it is mentioned 490 CAD/ 26700 INR for Right of Permanent Resident Fee (Principal Applicant, Spouse/ Partner). Now I am confused whether 26,700 is for spouse/primary applicant both or it is 26700 each ie total of 53,400.

Thanks

To all those who have made use of HDFC CC for processing, i have just called the customer care & confirmed that there is nothing called as "daily limit" for the transactions.

Just that you need to ensure that International Usage is enabled & that you have set the limit to that amount that you expect to be charged. 8) 8)

Thanks a lot Gur2010..So what is your guess when should I expect first communication from CIC..As per the SS it shows tentatively by 1st week of Nov.

Whats your app status as of now??

Yes, you will have to wait for at least another 2 months from now until you get the news of your payment encashment and PER.

I am 15th May applicant and received PER on 4-Sep.

All the best !!

Dear Sujith,

It is CAD 490 each for PA and spouse. You have to pay CAD 980 in total.

Thanks

As long as it is your money and as long as you can show the source of fund, you can use that.

PS.: Suggesting not to show more than 1.2 times of required amount as settlement fund.

Hey mine was also document by document package.. What impact will it have ?? Could this be a reason for rejection??

Dont think its a reason for rejection but as far as i know CIC will not be able to clear your file because they cant verify it with WES. You should get this sorted out

I am pretty sure that your +10 is a sure thing now, lets wait for 5 more days :D

What was his prediction??

Dear,

It is very clear that a single PCC is required for 1 country (India in your case) and not for each of the cities you lived in. You may confirm it from many forum members who have already submitted their PCCs. Also, PCC from PSK is very much valid. Please show the below link to your consultant :

Hi Guys,

A repeated question but its really baffling me again and again. I have my PSK appointment tomorrow for the PCC. I called up consultant just to ask for the list of documents to take (just to make sure I dont miss any). He tells me now that PCC from PSK wont work and I need to get PCC from local police station of every city I have stayed in India (in my case, its 3 different Indian cities), so that they can verify it properly. If in case I go with the PSK PCC, it will be at my risk. Although, I have read so many times on the forum that there is one PCC per country, but still the guys is confusing me more and more, I am getting a bit tensed too.

Please help !!

You will get file number in PER letter unless you have got any number from last year if returned. In current scenario CIC is processing June 10th application and PER have been send to June 5th. So, your turn will come most probably last week of October.

dont think they'll question you on the source of that money as long as the money is in your account till you land in canada.

PCC from PSK is absolutely fine. You need only one PCC per country of your stay longer than 6 months. I would say your consultant is an idiot, don't know anything about the process. You need your recent passport in original, copy of passport bio-data pages, recent address proof (adhaar card, Electricity bill etc.). If you passport address is same as your present address, you will get PCC same day, otherwise in 20 days.
Cheers...
