Dear All,

Any body can share your experience please in how much time have you have received passport request from London Visa office(for pakistan) after decision has been made on application FSW 2014.

@ ashif_eee, can you please help please, I need to cancel my trip abroad as I am not sure when they can send me the request and also forum members told me that they will give 30 days to send them the passports that cannot be delayed

Below questions are related to the fields which are not applicable. Kindly let me know whether writing N/A or leaving blank is better?

1. Second country of citizenship in the generic form question 9. Write NA or leave blank?
2. Previous Countries of residence in the generic form question 12?(if only one country is there, the second column can be left blank or write NA?)
3.In the contact info part it is unable to type NA in the PO Box part, should this be left blank or write NA after printout?
4. Fax number part. Should I write NA or Not available?
5. In the back ground declaration, if not applicable, Should we write NA against the date of Death of parents or leave it blank?

Friends,

Despite checking every document.... i made some mistakes. :-(


1. missed to send self-addressed labels
2. Did not have BC for myself and my wife. hence got Declaration from parents. but missed to write clarification letter as i am providing alternate letter
3. For wifey sent PAN, Voter, Adhar but missed to send 10th/12th certificates as proof of DOB.

Please suggest...!! :-X :-[

In the absence of birth certificate do send sec school certificate if it has
Your name
Dob
Parents name
And/or affidavit as a proof of birth from parents side...
As you said you have missed but sent declaration...
I am.not sure whether it will work or not

But i will suggest you to send addition documents(sec school certificate + affidavit,cover letter with passport no, uci no if you have,your name,noc code)...
Not sure whether they will include to your previous package or not but you can try for it...
Meanwhile do send enquiry mail to cic with tracking no

Bangladeshi national ID card does not have any expiry date, we translated that by notary and attested National ID card before send to CCI but at that point we did not write N/A. Is that a major mistake made by us? Will it be a cause of file rejection? Seniors please help by answer. Feeling tense and cant cut the tension with a knife.... ??? :-[

Ans. 1- Yes, u should fill ur name in native language in 5669.
Ans. 2- Yes, u have to fill all ur family members name in ur native language in 5406. Try to accommodate in given space with small writing. We all did that and u will also able to do. First try in testing page. It will help a lot.
Ans. 3- Write "N/A" if possible. Otherwise write "N/A" after printout with pen.

Hello friends,

I have updated the spreadsheet. Second line updated with processing started on 23rd September 2014.

As with a lot of people with the same status, I am not able to substantiate anything out of this update, as I am still waiting for the medical request.
