Hi forumites, tks for ur help so far. I've few queries:

1. From which email address PER mail is sent by CIO?
2. My CC was charged on 26th Sept, can I expect PER by next week?
3. For NDVO, how long is it taking these days to get MR, PCC and RPRF request? Has this time increased or decreased as the time has passed by?
4. How many days NDVO gives to submit PCC & MR. Is this time same for all applications at NDVO?
5. For PCC to NDVO, is original copy to be sent to VO or a xerox is also OK?

App reached: 9th June 2014
CC Charged: 26th Sept 2014
PER: Hopefully next week

Your help is much appreciated.

When I filled those, I started from the oldest to newest. So, it should not be an issue and neither anywhere mention that recent need to be input first.

Friends,

In the "supplementary information, Your Travels" form, is it mandatory that the dates has to be mentioned with the most recent first? Is it still OK if I start from the oldest date of travel?

NO, you are not late.

Were I supposed to update about getting married right after marriage or wait till I get PER email? Would be I considered too late to update if I update after PER?

My details are below:

My application received date: May 28th, 2014
Marriage Date: June 30th, 2014
PER Date: Sept 19th, 2014.

I have not updated CIC after I got married on June 30th, 2014; I was waiting for the PER first. I have received PER a week ago/September 19th, 2014. After receiving PER I have updated NDVO about marriage and spouse addition.

Am I late in updating NDVO about my marriage? I waited till I get PER.

Hi,
In schedule 3 form under section 12, we need to mention the exact NOC name in the box or our designation wchich one need to write?
In the duties performed filed only one line is there how to fill our all duties.
please suggest

Also in background declaration, how to categories primary/high school and university in years wise.
Can we fill in computer and some part by pen, to write names in native language.
Please suggest

Why say so?

Because as per cic cap reached 343 and they are in mid of june. So as per experts of this group it will hardly reach end of September.

But u can try ur luck.

Dear expert ,

Do CIC send any mail on receiving the application , or the first mail would only be PER mail ?

Dear friends

Below questions are related to the fields which are not applicable. Kindly let me know whether writing N/A or leaving blank is better?

1. Second country of citizenship in the generic form question 9. Write NA or leave blank?
2. Previous Countries of residence in the generic form question 12?(if only one country is there, the second column can be left blank or write NA?)
3.In the contact info part it is unable to type NA in the PO Box part, should this be left blank or write NA after printout?
4. Fax number part. Should I write NA or Not available?
5. In the back ground declaration, if not applicable, Should we write NA against the date of Death of parents or leave it blank?

- schedule 3 section 12 you need to mention the exact name of the NOC Code.
- If you need more space to add-in the duties, use an additional sheet. However, the primary document that CIC will check for the duties will be your Letter of references.
- Yes. You can use a pen to fill in the names in native language after you print the form.
