HI Everone,

I Am 14th may Applicant under NOC 2132

Can anbody have an idea what can be the reason i did not even get PER mail from CIC yet

What can be the possible reason

Even the files which was send after me are getting PER and even if the files having problems they wer retuned

Now please help about the situation the files which are pending of 14th may (28 approx.) having no status....

what can be the possible reason.....

whether they are verifying the same or kept aside due to some reason
and what will be the possibility of the getting accepted ?????

Are you sure you didn't already receive it but it ended up in your Spam/Junk mailbox? What does your ECAS say (if you have UCI)? You could also probably call CIC to get your UCI, if you don't yet have it, to check ECAS. Others have noted they've had some success in doing this.

Otherwise, probably you should email CIC to find out more about what is happening with your file.

Hi Seniors,

I just got my package back yesterday after a very long wait. The reason for rejection is that the NOC that i have applied under and the JD that i provided in the company letterhead do not provide enough evidence that i have performed the duties required in the Lead Statement.

I applied under NOC - 1112.
App reached : May 12.
App Processed date July 18th.
App received : Sep 24th

Needed some help from experienced people in the forum to advise on which NOC i can apply under. I'm into the fund services industry with 5 and half years of experience in Financial Reporting, Fund accounting department. PLEASE HELP!!! Below are the main Job duties that i perform on a day to day basis.

Responsible for detailed review of interim and annual financial statements for the Investment Funds under NT administration. Which includes internal audit of Balance sheet, Income Expense Statement, Capital movement & Cash flows statement.

Review and preparation of word draft annual report for auditors' review along with notes to accounts including Financial Reporting Standard compliance notes.

A Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in‐depth technical knowledge of IFRS and responsible for training and mentoring junior analysts.

Performing daily reviews of client deliverables, maintenance of accounts according to Service level agreement which includes checking and correcting discrepancies.

Preparation & Review of Portfolio Statement to be included in the annual report. This involves downloading description information of securities from Bloomberg for Country classification, nature of investment, maturity dates etc.

Review and preparation of General Expense budgets updated every quarter across all funds managed by Northern Trust Ireland region.

Preparation of German Tax for all the funds that have German investors to facilitate the filing of tax returns in their country as per transparency principle of Germany.

Manage daily operational activities and supervise day‐to‐day work of junior level employees along with timely feedback on their work.

Responsible for ensuring that the team goals for accuracy and timeliness are maintained.

Thanks in advance!!

Regards,

Sorry to hear yours was returned.

Your JD seems to suggest NOC 1111 would be perfect for you.

The only way to check ECAS if you have an UCI from a previous case (FSW, visitor visa...)
If you have it go to this link and enter all the details asked.

Hi All,
My Canadian friend applied for my GCMS notes yesterday. I know the website's official figure says it can take 30 days to receive my notes. But does it really take that long? Anyone.please share your experience. Thanks.

Were I supposed to update about getting married right after marriage or wait till I get PER email? Would be I considered too late to update if I update after PER?

My details are below:

My application received date: May 28th, 2014
Marriage Date: June 30th, 2014
PER Date: Sept 19th, 2014.

I have not updated CIC after I got married on June 30th, 2014; I was waiting for the PER first. I have received PER a week ago/September 19th, 2014. After receiving PER I have updated NDVO about marriage and spouse addition.

Am I late in updating NDVO about my marriage? I waited till I get PER.

It'd b great if someone could help me on this. I've completed my MBA in Feb 2014, but due to the bureaucratic system of our university i don't get a certificate before next year. So, I couldn't get an ECA on my MBA, had to do it with my BBA certificate only.

So in my application forms do I mention my completed Masters? If I do, do I need to give a provisional transcript or an explanation as to why my ECA doesn't include it? A lot of the fields are related to this,e.g., no. of years of education, my last 10 yrs history, etc. Thanks in advance.
