Dear Seniors -

I have a question regarding the Supplementary Information - Travels - IMM5562E form.

I cannot save the data into this form I can just print it, In last 10 yeas I have traveled to U.S and Indonesia for Business purpose, I believe I should mention them in this form.

Should I send this form along with my application ??

Incidentally I just had a look at this form and found that it is not included in my original package, which I am planning to send it coming Monday.

Regards,
Shahid

It's a required form, you certainly should send it.

I think you will get the points but I would suggest to have your Wife take IELTS again, so you will be ready just in case they asked. Good Luck!

You will get 5 points for your spouse IELTS.
Your application was logged in before the
date of expiration.
Smile and be happy

I think thats right, it makes sense!
It may not be 100% correct, but yes may be like 90% thats an OK analysis of the NOCs!

Hi everyone,

First of all, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and experiences on this forum.

I think my case is a bit strange/unusual and I hope to hear your thoughts/comments on it:

I applied for FSW2014 from USA. I receieved my PER 2 weeks ago:

1. I never recieved an AOR email from the visa office. However, I received the medical request email 2 days ago! I thought getting the medical request email is one step before sending the passport. I was expecting to receive the AOR email, then security check, then medical. Could someone clarify this for me please?

2. When filing my application, I did not apply for my spouse because of our special situation. I never paid application fee for my spouse. I was planning to apply for my spouse when my application is processed successfully and I land in Canada. However, in my application I mentioned that I am married and included the proof for it. The strange thing is, I received the medical request for my spouse today!!!! Is this usual??? Why do they need that if I did not even pay the application fee for my spouse and he is not accompanying me to Canada?? Again, I really appreciate it if someone could explain this to me.

Congrats dude! to answer your Qs :
1. I think you are good and this sometimes happens, what does your E-CAS tell?
2. Your dependents must have Medical Exams accompanying or not - this is a requirement.

Someone updated the SS informing that he/she was charged but the application was received on Sep 9. This entry caused the SS to become unreliable. My app was reveived on Jul 31 and it says that I should had been charged on Sep 26. Anyone is aware of this mess on the Spread Sheet?

Hey Guys,
Just joined to this wonderful forum..... and already impressed with discussion.

I applied for NOC 1123, application filed in 25th July..
When I can expect AOR?

This is not unusual for CPC-Ottawa. They don't give out AORs. Do as you are asked. MR and security check is required for all your family family members whether they accompany you or not. Did they only ask for your MR or PCC also? Did you submit PCC for both you and your spouse with the application?
